Delivery on website is false advertised and I want my money back!
Delivery does state on website 4-8 days. This was not the case for my order. They couldn’t then specify a delivery date so I had no choice but to cancel my order and get from a local supplier as my builder needed the paving tiles.
Requested a refund on 9th April, order confirmed cancelled, advised to go through PayPal to get refund…. Still waiting for a refund! Ridiculous! PayPal is seeking my money back!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

While we aim to meet the stated delivery window, this can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, which in this case led to delays and uncertainty around a confirmed delivery date.
As the dispute was raised via PayPal following the cancellation, the refund process is being handled through their Resolution Centre. You will be able to track the progress and view the relevant timeframes directly within your PayPal account, and we recommend contacting PayPal for any further updates.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I ordered porcelain paving that is advertised on the website as in stock. After chasing a delivery date a few times things did not smell right and then they eventually admitted that the product needed to be imported and was "held up at port". I feel deceived and so far it has been difficult to cancel the order and get a refund. Do not trust these guys.

We decided to use Nustone as their website shows great examples and also a colleague recommended them. We went to visit the showroom for ideas. After measuring up at home and making our choice, Pradeep was so helpful. Walked us through the measuring and quantity needed. Checked for stock and arranged delivery. All sorted on the day and deliver within two weeks (agreed date by us as needed to finish the ground work) prompt delivery on the day and helpful driver. We needed a few extra stabs for our project as extended an area. A quick call to Pradeep who sorted straightaway and the slabs were ready for us to collect within the hour. Happy, smiley and very knowledgeable Pradeep was there to make sure we received what we needed. Highly recommend

Check before ordering patio tiles
I ordered two crates of patio tiles to be delivered to my address. My address has no restrictions for their vehicle, we actually get extremely large forestry vehicles that come here to load the back with large quantities of trees, so I was rather surprised when they tried to charge me over £300 extra, saying this was as they'd have to make 4 separate deliveries with smaller vans.
As I was unwilling to pay extra and they were unwilling to deliver they said they would process a refund. It's been 11 working days and I've still not received the payment. They can't tell me when it will be made. I'm concerned this company is not trading correctly.
Update 17 April. On the back of this review my repayment is now being processed, however this was after a call from their customer service team who tried to get me to reorder with them, even though they'd already stated they would not deliver to my address. It appeared to be delay tactics to prevent my refund further. I would approach this company with caution as they're clearly trying everything to keep hold of money while not fulfilling the order. I'd recommend you check Companies House prior to ordering from Nustone.

While we take pride in offering free delivery to most UK mainland locations, there are delivery charges applicable in certain areas with access restrictions. These are assessed in line with the requirements of our third-party delivery partner and local depot evaluations. In some cases, even when a property is generally accessible, delivery restrictions can arise due to vehicle size limitations or operational constraints within the delivery network. These assessments are standard practices across the industry and not unique to us.
When it became clear that delivery could not be completed under the standard service without additional charges, a full refund was arranged in line with your request. We understand the concern regarding timing, and this refund should now have been received. Our team also remained in contact during this period and provided updates whenever we were contacted.
Our customer service team also reached out to explore whether there was any alternative way we could still successfully deliver your order, as we always aim to find solutions where possible. This was not a tactic to delay any refund, but simply an attempt to assist further as you had mentioned still looking for the slabs in the market.

Rang up and spoke to Jennifer who was very knowledgeable and friendly and took me through my order. During payment there were a few issues due to Banks extra security but again Jenifer was very helpful and which resulted in her calling me back the next day to complete the order. Just waiting on delivery of the product which I hope is as good as the order service

Order large bulk porcelain 6 palets in end off March
When you leave items in basket they will ring you every hour to make payment , day after day .
Finally we make choice and pay for items .
That was big mistake, they ring to pay for order that wasn’t even in stock
No single phone call abaut order , no delivery date , nothing.
After two weeks waiting I was ring them for update , just hear lies after lies that delivery will be same week , next day call again and hear that delivery will be another week, just delay you so you not cancel order . Don’t trust to anything they say as is no truth
Will use different company who offer next day service
If they playing with refund I will take them to court for all losses they caused. We have large delays with project now .
