I have had getting laser surgery on my mind for a while and was prompted by a friend at work to look into it, as I was complaining about my glasses and lenses. I booked a free consult with Beth beginning of April and was pretty much sold and wanted to book it in. Beth helped me to book everything in on a week I was off work a month later. The surgery day I was anxious, but the procedure itself took 15min! My surgeon Glenn made me feel at ease. The 1-2 hours post were difficult but so worth it. I got a message from my surgeon in the evening to check in and went to visit him the next morning and things were already clearing up. Life changing and would highly recommend!

Great SMILE result with Mr Carp
Great result from SMILE with Mr Glenn Carp. My vision is 20/20 and the freedom I now have after 22 years of wearing glasses and contacts is close to none. The whole team was communicative, compassionate, caring and super professional throughout the whole process. I could not fault LVC and none of the professionals who attended to me and were part of my care. 5 star experience- thank you so much!

A big decision in my life..eye laser!
A big decision in my life..eye laser!! Took me years to ‘go for it’! Eventually ..after lots of research and then most of all which clinic to put my trust in.
‘London Vision Clinic’. They all put me at ease and were very reassuring.
Petrified when it came to the day but after the surgery, they asked how was it? My answer was ‘Amazing!’..feels like a miracle, incredible complexity to resulting in giving me back what I’ve missed most with growing older, New Eyes!! The most pain free procedure I have ever had! Wish I’d had the courage to do it sooner. THANK YOU so much LVCL

Pleased with my experience
It's been over a year since my ICL surgery and I'm very pleased with the results. I personally haven't had any issues during the healing process, so I haven't had anything to really worry about. The staff have all been very helpful and welcoming. It's a very professional environment, that has made the process of my ICL surgery a very easy and comfortable journey. Would recommend.

The absolute best
From the very beginning the quality of customer care and clinical procedures has been exemplary. The initial assessments were thorough and explained in depth, the surgical experience was beautifully handled and the after-care has been attentive and thorough. The staff are always friendly and available for any questions. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. It has been life changing for me.

Absolutely amazing experience from…
Absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end with all the aspects explained to me thoroughly and clearly. I felt completely safe and in good hands during the procedure which also was completed very quickly and I did not feel a thing. I just want to thank Dr Reinstein for such a seamless process and post-opp check ups as well as Mr Farooqi for the help during consultations.

All a big let down
In hindsight I should have not trusted what I was being told . I underwent serious and expensive eye surgery to be able to no longer have to wear glasses. Two months later I still need to wear reading glasses. The whole experience seemed geared into getting me financially contracted as quickly as possible, avoid discussing the outcomes of my decisions and move on to the next client as quickly as possible. Everything was professional but the outcome hugely disappointing

From start to finish I was put at ease by the knowledge and professionalism of the team. It had taken me many years to be brave enough to go ahead with the procedure. I should have had it done years ago!
I am not being dramatic when I say it has been such a positive life changing experience. No more glasses or contact lenses. Freedom.

Recently had laser eye surgery…
Recently had laser eye surgery fantastic from my first appointment to my surgery.
My consultant Mr Carp was fantastic explained everything and made you feel at ease , so did all the staff in the clinic , would definitely recommend this clinic.
I traveled from Leicestershire and the team made my appointments which was best for me . Also excellent aftercare .

I have received an amazing level care…
I have received an amazing level of care and attention throughout the whole process. From the very beginning when I made the phone call to enquire, to the surgery itself and the appointments that followed.
All members of staff that I met and those who looked after me before and during the surgery were very kind.
I was also made to feel that it was ok to call the clinic at any time if I had any questions, which was always reassuring.
