Fantastic results
I managed to get a bit above 20/20 after 6 months. This is a huge deal because I had -8.5 (right eye) and -6.5 (left eye). Despite these high prescriptions I got 20/20 or better. On top of that my starbursts for back lights have been eliminated and front lights have reduced to about 10% of post op days. The results imo is in the hands of God and doctors can only do their best which is what Dr. Dan does! So I'd definitely recommend. Also just an FYI I did have post op blurriness, haziness, starbursts, etc. Speak and discuss with the doctor about what to expect post op, etc for medical advise.

Great treatment with outstanding customer care
From the very start until now (one year after the laser surgery) the entire experience has been one of the most user-friendly, professional and easy that I have ever encountered. The results have been great for me, and the care and thoughtfulness of everyone from Professor Reinstein onwards has been exemplary. I would thoroughly recommend this outstanding institution.

Great experience all round!
Great availability of appointments times, excellent customer service from clinicians and admin, and most importantly a fantastic clinical outcome (taking me from a -7 prescription with astigmatism down to 20-20 vision). No more glasses and no faff with contact lenses. Highly recommend LVC!

Wonderful company that cares.
I have been looked after from the start of my treatment all the way through, check ups and advice given whenever I need it. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Aftercare is of huge importance to them and they always take your opinions and experience seriously. Wonderful. And my sight is great. . . no glasses anymore.

From start to finish, my experience with London Vision Clinic has been exceptional.
My first point of contact was with Meghan Filocco my Care Coordinator, who communicated with me via email. She was incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. She was also very accommodating when it came to arranging appointments, which I really appreciated as I was travelling quite a long distance to the clinic. Even before my first visit I already felt like I was in safe hands.
At my initial appointment, that feeling was only reinforced. The staff who greeted me were professional and welcoming, and the optician and nurses were equally reassuring. I had a few additional concerns due to previous eye issues from wearing contact lenses, but everything was addressed in detail and I was completely put at ease. It was clear that a lot of care, testing, and precaution went into fully assessing my suitability before surgery.
When it came to the procedure itself, my surgeon Glenn Carpe was fantastic. He was personable, calming and immediately made me feel comfortable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. During the surgery, he talked me through each step in a calm and reassuring way. I had been a little nervous as expected beforehand, but as he said it really was over in no time—and completely pain-free.
The nurses who looked after me on the day were also amazing both before and after the procedure. I was given a comprehensive aftercare pack with drops and tablets and everything was explained clearly, including any potential side effect to expect. But I was honestly surprised at how little discomfort I experienced and how quickly my vision improved.
I am so happy with the entire service I received it has already been life-changing. I would absolutely recommend London Vision Clinic to anyone considering this surgery, and I already have!
Everyone I interacted with was not only professional but genuinely kind and reassuring. I genuinely can’t thank the team enough for the care and attention I received throughout.

I visited London Vision Clinic when my…
I visited London Vision Clinic when my father in law had his laser surgery. From the way the team is been looking after him I took the courage and booked the first consultation. Since the moment I stepped in the clinic I felt welcomed and valued. The Specialist have been very helpful and knowledgeable, making sure I understood every part of the treatment.
Then the surgery day arrived and I felt safe in taking this step. It’s been a great experience, and the team checked on me at every milestones . I had my 1st month visit and I received a message from the doctor that treated me , making me feel valued and cared .
I’ve been recommended from family members and I will invite everyone that will be interested in taking the same step. I will be forever great full to the team
