the first i heard about this order (8/2/26)for dog teeth cleaner was when i had a confirmation, followed by an update when i apparently ordered mould remover. i immediately wrote back and said i had not ordered this and please do not take money from my credit card. no response, the money was taken from me, AND no goods either. (i don't want them either)

after several pathetic 'support' attempts' i have stopped communicating with this company and would advise no one else to do so. all they had to do was refund my money which they failed to do.
