Placed an order weeks ago and my jumper has still not arrived. I messaged them and they have given me a 10% reduction which was a nice gesture, however my order has still not arrived.

The item was despatched really quickly. We realised we needed to go up a size and I called about a return. I spoke to Richard who was lovely and checked they had the size up in stock. I returned the parcel the day we received it and we have received the replacement today. Absolutely beautiful product and superb customer service

Extremely disappointed
I placed my order on 17th November; the website says DPD delivery in 2 working days, but I hadn't received it a week later so contacted them to chase it up. I was told it had been dispatched when it hadn't been. I had to chase it up again, twice, then was sent the wrong item! I sent multiple emails and called several times, and was assured it would be dispatched on 28th for delivery on 29th - after another unanswered email and another phone call today I am now awaiting a refund as it still hasn't been sent!.
I'm a store manager with 20+ years retail management experience - if I or one of my team had made an error like this I would move heaven and earth to put it right. These guys can't even read an email properly. I'm extremely disappointed with the whole experience.
