The jumper is gorgeous. The cashmere is a beautiful heavier weight and so soft. Fabulous quality.

Received the Cashmere hat on time and it is absolutely gorgeous. Very soft and really well made and in beautiful packaging. It seems like really nice quality but time will tell.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. I had a minor issue with a pair of gloves I bought in the sale which were also the last pair. The company responded really fast to this with a friendly, helpful customer service. They resolved it by allowing me to choose a replacement pair that wasn't on sale. The new gloves sent were perfect, arrived incredibly fast, beautifully packaged in an eco friendly way, with a lovely handwritten note enclosed. Possibly the best customer service I've ever had online. Would recommend this company highly. Such a lovely, positive helpful customer service and great product too. Will buy again from this company and recommend to family and friends.
