Speedy delivery. Beautiful, quality garments. Ordered the deep blue lofty cardigan which I'd been eyeing for a while. I was very pleased with that and ordered the lilac sweatshirt in the sale.

Loop customer service is excellent when I needed advice on sizing the lady measured all parts of the sweater while I was on the phone.
The quality of the cashmere is the best I have seen in many years.
I am delighted with my Pixie sweater.

I have received my Loop cashmere coatigan in Canyon Grey, and I could not be happier! The quality is top notch, the fit is great. I'm 5'5 and I ordered size M, it fits oversize but not too bulky. The length is similar to the model, hits me above my ankles. I was debating on the color and between this style in 5 gauge and the finer knit in 7 gauge. I'm glad I went with the larger knit style. It can be worn casual or dressed up. I like the color I went with as it's different shades of gray and will work with many different color pallets. I didn't want to go with light grey or ivory since I know myself and will end up spilling something. It's an investment piece and will last forever, I'm glad I was able to get this on slight sale and will look to get the black version down the line, as I mainly wear black. The cashmere is heavy and I can wear this in spring, fall and some winter in Canada. I'm glad I found this brand online, I have been looking for something similar for a long time.
