Excellent Company to deal with
Very impressed with Communication with this company initially when enquiring about products and delivery. This enabled me to have confidence to proceed with my order as many other sites I visited had pretty poor reviews. My order was delivered the very next day and the feel/quality/look of my jumper was excellent. I Will definitely deal with this company again and have no hesitation recommending this company for going above and beyond for their customers.

The most beautiful luxury product
Fast delivery of the most beautiful luxury product. Can’t wait for the cold weather so I can wear my LOOP cashmere beanie every day. It came wrapped in just enough paper to protect it without layers of unnecessary wasteful packaging. If it was a gift would not have needed gift wrapping.

Cashmere comb
Great product at great price supplied very soon after I ordered. It is easy to use and it is very effective at depilling my cashmere/blend jumpers.

There was excellent customer service and most of all, the quality of the cashmere is very good indeed. It's just a pity they use Shopify (not a company I like using).
