Appalling RTP rates. They’re 100% a scam I’ve been a customer for over a year never had a withdrawal issue (not that I’ve had to do many) but you just never win a penny on this website. I’d avoid massively. Support team is awful also. Bunch of thieves.

Pleasantly surprised

I joined LordPing recently expecting to have no concerns as I have played with several sister sites with no issues. I had a win today and uploaded my documents, passport, bank statement (identical to the documents verified with the other sites) and requested to withdraw funds. The passport has been verified but bank statement states under review, unable to get a response on the chat and my withdrawal has not been reviewed/processed. After reading reviews I am feeling more than a little worried. Shortly after writing this review my account was verified and my winnings paid into my account promptly. I have to be fair my concerns were unnecessary and I felt reassured that lordping is a trustworthy site with fast pay outs and verification. My only moan would be the online chat as I struggled to get response several times.

I put £50 in the account and I won £6k…

I put £50 in the account and I won £6k didn’t know they give me £50 Bonus but when I went to withdraw I couldn’t because I had to wager 30% of the bonus witch is £1500 so I did that and withdrew £4300 one week later they took the money off me and took me I wasn’t getting it I also gambled more then I would of because I thought I was getting £4300 sent to me so I’m down loads more now because of them, disgusting casino do not use them I and gutted I did so let down

I’m trying to withdraw, they’re unhelpful

I’m trying to withdraw. I’ve been asked for documents so they can verify me. That’s fine. But their requirements are that the documents are in colour.
My bank doesn’t have colour on my statements. So I’ve uploaded my debit card, passport and bank statement. For proof of address they need to see my name, address and it needs to be a bill within last three months.

I’ve uploaded my gas bill (in colour) which shows what they’re asking. They say it’s not verified. I’ve uploaded my mobile bill in colour, which shows my name address and is less than a month old. They’re saying not verified!!

Seriously stressful and unnecessary when I’ve complied!!

I emailed them and someone replied to say they’ll speak to that department. That was this morning. Now I’m not even getting a reply no matter what I write.

I’ve not had a chat open with no one answering me for 8 hours.

I’ve sent numerous emails, no reply

You have my bank statement showing where the funds come from that I deposit. So you can pay my winnings into my bank

You’re choosing not to help me

So no reply, no email saying my docs now ok but I was able to go on and withdraw.

Taught me a lesson not to use them again

Absolutely terrible, online support is virtually none existent, email support is also virtually none existent. Requested withdrawal, uploaded documents 48 hours later still no further forward and still no answer from online support or email support. Don't waste your money here use one of the bigger and better casinos, I wish I had of.

Don't believe their site about quick pay-outs.

Despite their website saying they aim to process pay-outs in a few hours, the reality is that it takes a lot longer.

I requested one over 36 hours ago which still says "player pending", I asked support if they need anything from me and was told no yesterday.

Today the status hasn't changed so tried live chat, which has 6 hours delays apparently...so not exactly live!! so I emailed support and it's now been 7 hours with no reply.

The site itself is actually pretty good, nice selection of games which all seem to work well, but their support is awful, so best to avoid.

Decided to write another review so others STAY CLEAR of this company. Happily let me deposit but won't release my winnings because they to need verify my earnings? scum company, who don't answer emails and don't have a proper customer service. I've taken this further with ADR and Gambling commission. Don't believe their bullsh*t " customer service" reply on these reviews either. They're a scam gambling site who pay people to write good reviews.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!

I don’t think they are a scam

I don’t think they are a scam .
But they are very disorganised.
For 3 days now I’ve been getting emails saying my withdraw got declined . I’ve noticed on my Apple Pay information that expiry date is not accurate . (Not my fault )
I send an email they reply back that can’t talk through email because it’s not registered email when it is . (Googlemail and gmail are the same )
I got an email saying that wire transfer is available for me to withdraw when it isn’t .
I’ve reply to the email saying it’s not appearing on my profile but no reply back .
Send a message on help chat got a reply I have to wait for my withdral to be approved but it keeps getting declined . Please sort yourself out . I’ll be contacting MGA if this issue doesn’t get solved in next 12 hours
