I love the designs of this company’s clothes. I bought a pair of shoes and was extremly surprised about the quality of the product and the delivery service. It was not too long and I could interact via Instagram with the company multiple times and that is something that I love about lostboys and their approach with their customers 👍

My customer experience (update
I ordered a pair of mocha and a pair in collaboration with vincity (lila). first of all i never received the mocha. I must have written to them a dozen times to get news and for them to admit that they had been lost. Finally i get my money back and they promise me that i'll get soon a new pair (still nothing even they promise me a tracking 5 weeks ago). All i got to say for the mocha one. For the vincinty collab the quality was horrible (shoes arrive damaged, stain on the laces, crased, factory marks). i didnt even wear them. Sincere customer review. Thomas
Uptdate ! Near 2 month they say to me that they are going to be shipped and then nothing. One more time its my turn to write to them to take news....

Hey Thomas,
We're aware of the issue, and we're doing everything we can to get the product to you.
To be honest, we don't feel this review is fair. You're obviously frustrated that you haven't received the Mochas yet, however, you were fully refunded for these a long time ago. Meaning that the shoes on their way, are actually free.
In regards to the Vicinity shoes, I don't see any other orders from you, did you purchase from us? If so, shoot us an email, and we'll get you sorted.
We hope you will take some time to revise your review.
Best Regards
