I bought my shoes 2 years ago, still wear them every week. The quality of the shoes could use some improvement: the material of the shoes feels cheap, but after 2 years of wearing they’re still fine.

Great cop. Will come back to get some more pairs in future. No issue with the delivery for me the shoes arrived 1 day before the expected date.

I bought the lilly lows back in november and overall an excellent experience! High quality, faster shipping than expected, no problems whatsoever! I have already recommended it to all my friends cuz you can't really hope for more!💪💪

So last year i bought the purple vicinity x lost boys shoes and a zipper.
I received shoes in really poor quality like I have never seen in any shoe before and I payed 200€ for these so it was a big disappointment.( I have never befor payed close to so much but I just loved the design)
They broke after 1 month and after 1 day damage was clearly visible (even just after I got them out of the box the front had small dents)
The delivery took 2 months even tho they promised me multiple times that it will be shipped earlier.
On top of that the quality of the zipper was also not up to standards.(70€)
Didn’t order since even tho I love their designs.
It’s sad really I always looked up to this brand and only received a big slap in the face.
I’ll give them 2 stars anyway because I ordered last year and since then they said that they are working on bettering their quality and service so 1 wouldn’t be fair.
I wish they could prove to me that they improved the quality, but I won’t be able to know because I won’t be spending 180-200€ on their shoes again I can’t afford the risk to me it’s a lot of money better spend otherwise.

Lostboys is the only brand that i consistently purchase stuff from! Been a fan since day one with the “bone 1s”. Love all of their stuff! Never had problems with shipping or anything like that!

Hello Guys I have 2 Opinions on the Store. Lets start with the more negative one and this also only affects a specific type. If youre Tall like 1.90+ the hoodies are going to be short even 3xl. And the fact that I also have a fair amount of weight the Hoodie is really tight and not that comfortable to wear. Now to my positive review: Im so amazed by the shoes. I love the midnights the design is crazy just and really nice the colorways they released are really cool. Im waiting for a mocha restock. The quality of the shoe is also fairly decent. And I can only recommend the shoes.

I've been following the brand for a long time now and have also bought from them at certain intervals. Initially, shipping always went smoothly. unfortunately the release of their META-LOWS was a huge fiasco. I bought 2 and only got them months later. the promised t-shirt, as well as many other "goodies" that you should get as a holder of their NFTs have not been communicated at all until today. I had to run after everything for months. Meanwhile, the customer service departments have improved somewhat. since i have never had any problems with lost boys, apart from this very serious error, i give it four stars. I hope that in the future it will work as perfectly as it did before, then there will be five.

I ordered a pair of the purple shoes RIGHT when they released. I was very excited since they were said to be handmade in portugal so i assumed that would mean they’re nice. I was wrong The leather might be good quality but everything about the shoe has been falling apart since i got it. The stitches have been coming undone since they were in the box. The laces have been stained purple all over due to the purple dye in the leather. Parts of the leather are coming up all over the shoe. I tried to reach out multiple times in order to get a solution or something. I got no response to the 5 messages i sent them and was overall very disappointed. My friend ordered a pair of shoes from the vicinity collab but he actually ordered from vicinity instead and he got good quality shoes from them. Yet in the same collab i got horrible quality shoes. I’ve only worn them once as they can’t handle any amount of water. The dye leaks into EVERYTHING. BE VERY CAREFUL. I also ordered the shoes for $250 or $220, something around that and in two weeks they put a sale down to $150. Which really makes me question how much these shoes cost to make and if they’re even good quality?

Lostboys had problems in the past but everyone deserves a second chance. The support these days is really good. Even the garments quality getting better and better.
