Your service is SH**, your website misleads customers. When I made a purchase I was charged delivery charges and upon delivery, DHL charged me taxes or import charges on top of that.
In the process of purchasing your product in any moment I was advised that these charges might apply, so I contacted your customer service and the advise I got is to decline the delivery and you'll refund the amount I paid for the shoes.
Whoever set marketing strategies is this SH*** company must be the most mediocre of all. You don't have to be a genius, to find the way to put a clear and concise information on your website.

This is an import law made by YOUR country, and none of the money is charged to DHL, but to your state 🙂"

Again I think they don’t get the point of being customer focused. You don’t have to know the laws of every country you sell your stuff but you should advise your customers about the potentially customs charges.

Apple, Nike, Amazon, Adidas, Armani, just to name few are able to export products with no customs charges or customs already included in the final price.

If for whatever reason there’s an additional charge for example in the case of Armani they simply advise with a very simple quote “please be advised that customs charges may apply in your geographic area “

It’s not rocket science, just requires someone with a brain to come to that conclusion. Even a 5 year old child can understand that.

Your response is rude, mediocre and disgusting. For your information when you write with capital letters that means shouting at people. (This is an import law made by YOUR country)

Your job is to treat customers with respect, because your wages come from your customers.

Ordered shoes for their meta lows collection, and was told that I would get a t-shirt, a pair of shoes, and an NFT. The shoes, which took 6 to get produced and delivered, were really bad quality. Despite them saying the shoes would take a long time to be produced, 6 months for a pair of unusable shoes is way too long to get me excited about. The NFT, which has absolutely no value, just sits in people's crypto wallets and does nothing. And finally, the T-shirt we never received. It's been around 1,5 years (give or take) and we are still only receiving answers about the t-shirts "coming soon" despite calling the CEO and founder of Lost Boys, Sebastian. As of now, I am down 261.99$, with an unusable pair of shoes, no t-shirt, and depression from looking at their Instagram about their newly released collection once every 2nd month.. Unfortunately

For over 1 år siden købte jeg nogle sko hvor man fik en NFT og en T-shirt med (som man selv var med til at designe) men nu står jeg her og stadig ingen info har omkring min T-shirt:(

Syntes det vildt hvor lang tid det kan tage og at de stadig ingen information omkring det giver

Dårlig oplevelse fra min side og af den grund køber jeg aldrig der fra igen.
Og btw de sko jeg har fået har aldrig været dårligere kvalitet.

Jeg købte et par sko for noget tid siden og der skete noget med fyldet til anklen det faldt ned mod hæl området de sendte et nyt par ud men det samme skete med dem de sendte ud

My son ordered shoes in the wrong size. LB gave us the refund when the shoes were sent back.

I’ve haven’t been following the brand for that long so I can’t say I have had some big issues at all. When I bought a pair of shoes at the end of last year it took about 1.5 weeks before it got to my home in the Netherlands, I expected to come around this time because it’s quite far. But when I bought the hoodie at the end of february this year it came in 3 days so very happy about that. They keep on improving.

The only complaint is that i bought the candice lows in size 42 EU but when i compaired the size to my other 42 EU it was way bigger, it was as big as a size 45 EU.

I got intreduced to this company by a couple friends of mine and I nstantly like it so much! I decided to invest in the meta lows, but my experience was everything but good. Although there was a lack of communication from the staff out (speciallay in the dircord server) I always defended the brand like it was my own. I also had number #7 but received a sneaker well over number #5000. I adressed this to the customer service and they emediatly helped me fix this. After this I gained my trust in the brand again and started ordering again. I ordered the hoodies and got 2 new pairs. The quality was superb and im very pleasan I didnt quit on the brand. Keep it up!

I bought the first mochas they sold, after many times they are still fire and still in good condition, the only problem is the quality of the shoes, the material feels a bit cheap, and the sole is not very hard, but im sure now they have upgraded their materials and their shoes have a dope design!!

I bought shoes with defects. It made my experience not good until your customer services helped me and refunded me a little and gave me few options what to do and keep the shoe. I liked the service that helped me when i needed it.

bought a pair a long ass time ago (the crocs & glocks), but to this day whenever I dm y’all I feel like I’m talking to a friend instead of a company.
