Impossible to log in.and when I call helpline I get cut off

Who ever leads the prize money allocation should resign .
The lottery is literally a lottery .
I spend £1000 per annum.
This last year I’ve had a return of £63.90 it’s a joke .
The fact that someone can be gifted over £100 Million is sad when there should be a cap to make more draws on the night which broadens the amount of people becoming fortunate.
The lottery should be reformed due to hardship all over the UK .
What they should implement is that once it reaches for example £10 million and a roll over then they should make more draws to make more people rewarded with less numbers to rely on there ticket and end being being a skimpy winner .

I was under the impression that the new company running the National Lottery were promising real changes to the games and entry costs. To date nothing at all seems to have been done. For this reason I'm not going to waste my money any longer where the odds of winning anything at all are stacked massively against you. I will probably play again if games go back to how they were when the Lottery was first introduced and was £1 a go.

I finally won a decent win of £140 on the lotto, then the problems started trying to claim??? Aldi the store of purchase will not pay over £100. Tried post office x3 they no longer have anything to do with the lottery?.
Supermarkets should display a sign stating what they will only pay-out?? quick enough at taking your money.
So i went online to contact lottery direct!! you have to send your ticket by post with other information.
I will no longer play the lottery and maybe if enough people take this stand they might treat customers better when it comes to paying out????. 0/5

Customer service team helpfull, but app is horrendous keeps on shutting me out, you buy in good faith and then can't access online., doesn't matter what device you use and where. Also when you input your location, it tells you that you are not resident in Ireland, even when you have submitted legal documents and proof of I D. Weird.

Been scammed played 25mill boost game £5 a go played twice lost first time second go exactly the same numbers came out definitely rigged any suggestions on what to do next

These scammers are to be prosecuted and their business closed.As they are pocketing 99% of money and no one paid more than 10£ in average.Snd when they publish their weekly draws-that just look stupid and unrealistic-hiw cones there is always 1 person winning say thundeball each week.It looks false.And it is.No one ever gets that kind of money.As these scsmmers are misadvertising and grabbing all mobey they got.In any normal EU country any scam of this scale is not possible.

Only a fool would buy a lottery ticket from this scam company. AVOID AVOID AVOID

So, what has changed since Conalot ran the lottery, absolutely nothing!
Conalot raised the odds of winning, it's now at impossible odds, you have more chance of walking on water.
This mob got the licence under false pretences, they were talking about giving people more chances to win big. Let's face it it isn't difficult to do that, but obviously it doesn't give the operator enough chances at making fortunes...for themselves.
The only real winner of the lottery is the outfit that runs it.
The logic is all wrong.
All this mob have done is drop in a few more chances of winning £1M They haven't rewritten the entire competition, and that is what's needed.

Avoid this scam company. Odds are complete lies. Just played same instant win 9 times with no wins yet odds are 3.4 company are complete thieves and won’t be giving them another penny. Stay away unless you like having your money stolen.

Only every won 3 quid back for search card. Maybe you should go as more on spreading the money amongst your customers as you claim to give up to 300,000. There are other prizes but for 10years only ever won my money back big pile of dog s***!

Just tried to 'add funds'. My bankers card was recently replaced - so go to edit (to provide new card detail)s. Have to have zero balance to change card details but can't retrieve to invalid bank card - see the problem.

Assuming I am correct there seems no active means of customer support. The reason for support in the first place would seem due to poor design to enable relevant changes.

I got a cashword Scratchcard and I have used all the letters up and one of the words OZone and if you look it up. This is what it means.

hi everyone been waiting 7 weeks and finally got my cheque today but the check has a different name on it someone needs to do some thing soon about this horrible company that has taken over the national lotterry. been told this could take 5 working days to reach watford then god knows how long.Iam at my wits end. Absolutely disgusting.How can they treat me like this when i spend alot of money on the lottery probably a tidy fortune over the years and this is the thanks i get.

So ridiculous that you can't play from 10pm to 7am... Just like you can't play from abroad. Bigot and ludicrous. Same hypocrisy as you can't buy alcohol on sunday morning but you can get stoned with the cans you bought the night before.

The app is a scam. Especially the instant win games.. played one game and lost which is ok but then you play another one and it is exactly the same game as the previous one. With the same words or rolles of the dice. So basically you playing the same losing game again. Bye bye app you are deleted.

UPDATE.. ANOTHER WEEK GONE BY STILL NO CHEQUE. TOLD, NO WAY OF TRACKING BECAUSE SITE DOWN! FURIOUS.

Played euro hotpick last Tuesday. Won £1.500 not paid out and talking about it been months. See you in court!
