This has to be the biggest load of 💩 what a SCAM.. finished with this BS and an absolute waste of money.. nobody could get 6 numbers for over 6 months and now on the date it had to be won somebody’s wins!! LIARS AND THIEVES JUST LIKE THE GOVERNMENT!!!

The scratch cards are a total con ,probably spent over £300 pounds on mainly the monopoly game with very little back. This needs investigating and feel it’s a fraudulent national lottery , this is financing overpayed fat cat managers

Please people don’t play the online games as they are charging for games twice and telling you that you have purchased the games. Absolutely thieving company on the pretence of helping for good causes. Ignorant and will tell you that you purchased something even though you haven’t. Apps doesn’t work properly and they will not admit to taking your money twice. Despicable, ignorant and totally immoral company.

I'm convinced their instant win games online are a scam. They say it is all random but its definitely not. You win 20 euros and then wont win anything for 5 or 6 virtual scratchcards....very suss if you ask me and not the 2.52 odds they say the 10€ cards have. Honestly feel like they should be investigated for fraud

I've cancelled my lotto account, it's a scam. Who decided that a free ticket was a good idea? White collar theft!!!!!

Pathetic excuse for a company there just STEALING money from the British people theve even got a cheek to bring the advent calendar scrathcards back when there were 4 million pound winners unclaimed in the last lot I wonder were that money went eh

I've played one of the instant games online and it deducted the five euros from my wallet. During the game I have won a small amount (nothing crying over really) and this did not reflect after clicking on the finish game button. It also was not saved in my recently played games. I will continue playing with the assumption that the whole system is a bit buggy so I recommend taking screenshot if you are playing online. Leaving the 1 star review only for the mention experience, prior to that I haven't had any issues. Thanks for reading!

Terrible odds in scratchcards, i spend around 200 euro and won maybe 50(200-50=-150), so guys dont waste your money on National lottery rather buy bike and smash it will worth more....

Crap site complained many times when you select your game and you have to login several times complained on so many occasions,basically they dont give a toss

I do the lotto 3-4 times a week including euro lotto never win but that’s not my problem well..! But the scratch cards I have a problem bought 5 of the 10 euro Christmas countdown cards and only won 15 euro on one card. Every card should win something for that price of a card and the time of year ! Thankfully I didn’t buy one as a present from my kids to anyone or they be upset they didn’t even win 2 or 3 euro!! U still make your money either way!! So bah humbug Irish national Lottery.ie

If you want to give money away this is great site for you but i would suggest maybe donating to some good cause as winning on rigged games will never happen. Win is only possible if you invest 500€ you can win back approximately 40€ (-460€). No matter what the “winning” odds are i tried doubling even tripled couple times and i can guarantee win will not happen. They don’t do games of chance

Love the new website, great range of draw games and instant games to play. Never an issue with paying out as it's the official Lotto, safer than using LottoLand or one of those sites.
