I would give this zero stars if I could. Placed an order in November 30th. They had no problem taking the money out of my account but haven’t updated a single thing no tracking information no date. Nothing. Poor customer service I must of called 20 times, I’ve sent emails. Chats. No response. DO NOT ORDER FROM AMIKA CANADA ONLINE!

The scent of the shampoos and conditioners has gone awry. The scent was why I loved your product
Now you sell a spray to make my hair smell that way. Go back to the shampoo and conditioner smelling amazing. Because the tea tree smell is awful.

I really wanted to love this product and had high hopes but it didn't deliver even close to what I would have hoped. I even bought additional products at Amazon to go along with these and it didn't improve my situation at all. My hair is still fluffy and frizzy and not sleek as I would have hoped.

Their products are amazing. They work wonderfully and smell so good! This is definitely one of the Brands I will be sticking to for life as long as they don't change the formula and keep doing what they're doing! Love getting rewards and discounts. Only huge downside is you have to spend an obscene amount of money the higher reward discount you want to use. And you can't use your rewards discount and another coupon discount!! That really unfortunate. Also also too many steps to log out.

I LOVE your products but I guess you changed the formula to my shampoo and the new formula does not do well with my hair. It put almost like a film on it and it looks dirty as soon as I wash it. I ordered normacare and it did better. But now I have a bottle of shampoo I can’t use. Other than that I love Amika

We love the Normcore shampoo and conditioner. My hair is naturally straight andmy daughter's hair is naturally wavy. We both get our hair highlighted every few months and love how our hair always looks so healthy and shiny. The only downside is that we wish the scent was a bit stronger. Its a great scent but a little more stronger would make it perfect.

I got the super-sized Amika Signature Set (Normcore shampoo + conditioner and the Soulfood mask) and honestly, I’m obsessed. I fell in love with it last year and just restocked again a year later. You really get your money’s worth! I was a little hesitant to try it at first but ended up so pleasantly surprised. It’s super hydrating, smells amazing—fresh, soft, and a little girly. I always get compliments on it! My wavy hair drinks up the moisture from the conditioner and mask. Definitely one of my favorite hair care buys :)
