Never received my package

I am giving a 5 star because they did…
I am giving a 5 star because they did take care of an issue I had. One of the bottles 33 oz was not full and about 2 plus inches down from the top. I have bought this before and know it was consideribly lower then my precious bottle. It did not leak from the shipment. I did a chat on line and they did compensate me. Thank you Amika for taking care of me. I will definetly be back to order.

While I love the product
While I love the product, I was disappointed that the pumps that were sent only one worked. I have no way to get a new pump and so I’m basically not using my shampoo.
