All of our items come with detailed size and function specifications. The vibrator you purchased states it's size in 3 separate places within the name and product description.
As per our terms and conditions, customers are responsible for posting back items which aren't faulty or incorrect. We cannot process any refunds until the item gets back to us.

As per our terms and conditions "Before we ship out any product we do a full visual check and test battery and rechargeable items before being packed up and shipped out to you. For this reason you may notice your product was opened for testing before being processed. This is to guarantee you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from us."
We have found that this method eliminates the chance of our customers receiving factory faulty items and delaying their enjoyment.
