Ordered for same day delivery didn’t happen
Ordered for same day delivery late Thursday evening for delivery on Friday by 9pm - no sign of package and got notification it’ll arrive Saturday between 4-5 however, I’m staying in a hotel and items we to be used for Friday evening. Now having to wait around Dublin City centre until it’s delivered or I am tempted to just cancel the whole order now

Hi we apologise for our courier failing to deliver same day as it was packed but that was Good Friday and Easter weekend and our courier does struggle sometimes on Bank holidays weekends. Your order was cancelled and refunded as requested no issues. Next time hopefully
