LoveCases Avis 

Been looking at this website for awhile, and I'd just gotten a new phone so I thought I'd order some cases. I must say I'm impressed, I ordered a normal case and two glitter cases. The print is clear and amazing and the cases are thick and made of a decent material. There is a lot to choose from but I had to get two scream cases, will definitely be buying from this company again.

My first case the design was peeling and falling off. I emailed about a replacement, they were lovely and said they’d send a new one. I received my new one today and the design is falling off/peeling off again!! wouldn’t recommend, poorly made.

edit: Lovecases emailed me and said they’d like to send me a case even after i got my refund. Three arrived today and the quality is so much better! It’s obvious that there was a fault in the first case and by chance it happened twice.

Ordered a screen protector for my phone but honestly a waste of money. Air bubbles trapped under once applied that I couldn't remove and it was not allowing me to use fingerprint to unlock my phone. Tried reapplying a few times but in doing so just ended up with dust becoming stuck to the adhesive so made my screen look dirty, so went in the bin.

The quality of these cases are not worth the price. Ordered a phone case with beige cow print on it and it looks like it’s been printed on by a printer that’s running out of ink. Also brought a screen protector (which I now DO NOT TRUST) from the pure assumption that if the case is bad quality the screen protector will be too. Going back to the stores I know best for phone cases. DO NOT RECCOMEND

I cannot fault the service or the products they are both fantastic. I have bought some of your products for myself and also to put in a raffle for my own small business. You offer a great range of designs and products so something always catches my eye.

Needed a case for my flip 5 and stumbled across this shop on Google. I couldn't find a stock photo for the flip 5 case but the designs were lovely so I decided to order. I reached out on Instagram to see if they had a photo so I could see an example of how it would look and they were so lovely and sent me a photo! The next day I received my case and its so nice! Along with my case I received a cute Disney tote! Will definitely be buying from them again.

I was very kindly nominated to receive a Galentine's day bundle from Love Cases and it came not only with the cutest and highest quality products, but with kindness extras added in that made me cry after a really difficult start to 2024. I will now use Love Cases as my go to for any gifts I need for loved ones

I placed an order on the 8th of January and haven’t received my purchase or updates . Very disappointed with the company lovecase.

Never have i met a Company with such amazing costumer service! I had a bit strange personalized iPhone cover so I got a mail asking how I exactly wanted it and before doing it I got to see how it would look. I absolutely LOVE the result!!

Nonchalant about customer service. I had a broken watch strap. It was a simple fix but they were not interested.
