This morning
This morning, I noticed my oil level indicator was glowing red. Having placed an order for fuel with them a week ago, I was worried about running out before the scheduled delivery, which was set for within ten business days. I contacted Lovells today, and to my surprise, they delivered in just over an hour without any additional charges. A big thank you to Lovells for their outstanding service; I'm truly appreciative.

I had ordered some fuel via boilerjuice…
I had ordered some fuel via boilerjuice and Lovell’s took the order. Unfortunately the fuel went into the wrong tank, and I had run dry. My heating engineer came out to restart it all / could not because no fuel. Perhaps I should have checked. So not ideal.
But they say the mark of a good company is how they deal with issues, and frankly Lovells could not have been more helpful. Investigated very quickly. Transferred the oil the next day, and the gentlemen who did the transfer then got my boiler working again. And my wife say a v v nice man!
So excellent customer care and thank you.

Wonderful service. Super fast delivery
I discovered this morning that my oil level reader was flashing red. I had ordered fuel from them last week and had a delivery scheduled within ten working days but was concerned I would run out before it was delivered. I rang Lovells this morning and the delivery was here in just over an hour at no extra cost.

Unhelpful and hubristic - the customer is always wrong.
Unhelpful, unprofessional, and very very touchy. They took my money, lost my order, then decided to cancel my order because they didn't like a review I had left on Facebook some time ago as a good reason not to verify the whereabouts of the money I had paid for the fuel. They left it that it was down to me to contact my bank to check if they had or hadn't taken my payment for fuel. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Good local supplier of fuel oil
I have used Lovell Fuels for about 10 years. They are a local supplier of domestic fuel oil and usually relaiable for our deliveries in Oxfordshire.
Thier spot price is comparable to Boilerjuice prices.
I would be happy to recommend.
