First time ordering wood
Ordered from The Logsmith for the first time after years of luckily having free wood.
Website is easy to use, delivery was quick and the 12 boxes I ordered would see me through.
Some logs were much smaller than others but saying that the logs were stacked in the box and burn really well.

Speedy Delivery
Delivered next day after ordering good quality logs fit my burner no issues, long lasting giving plenty of heat. Also stack really well due to the splitting of the logs.

We had a parcelforce delay and Eve at the Logsmith was incredibly reassuring, made a few calls to parcelforce and kept us updated throughout. There was only a short delay to us getting our logs which we are very happy with. Highly recommend this company!

I am new to using a log burning stove…
I am new to using a log burning stove so this winter I am learning the ropes. I have tried several types of firewood so far this winter. I am impressed with the Birch logs I bought from the logsmith as they are easy to light, burn with a lot of heat output and arrive quickly with reasonable cost.

Each box weighs 10kg and is filled to the brim, which is why the number of logs can vary depending on the size and density of the wood. We’re unable to increase the box weight, as when boxes are shipped in sets of three the courier’s maximum weight limit is 30kg.

Great oak logs
Purchased my first few bags of logs from here and they arrived at the start of the week. I don’t normally leave reviews but felt I had to here, the oak logs were some of the best I’ve ever used. They gave a long burn and heated our front room up perfectly. Will buy from here more often, thanks!
