I ordered a "Mother To Be" card for…
I ordered a "Mother To Be" card for Mother's Day and received a "Mother in Law" card. I immediately Ordered the "Mother To Be" card again. It has been 2 weeks and Mother's Day is tomorrow. I needed to mail the card to my Daughter in law. I wanted this to be special for her. I had to buy a card from Walgreens that was not a "Mother to be" card so that she would get the gift and card on time. If the card ever arrives, the moment is lost. How long can it take to put a card in an envelope into another envelope?

I had ordered a card for my daughter…
I had ordered a card for my daughter and the post person said they tried to deliver it. It was the correct address so my daughter went to the Post Office and it could not be found!
I emailed Love Pop and received a reply within the hour! Mary sent a new card to my daughter office. Made my day!

Beware of shipping times
I used to buy cards from here all the time. And everything was great but it seems there shipping has gone way down hill. Nothing every arrives in time. They give you an estimated arrive by date but I would add an extra 7-10 days on top of that. And that's not just during the holidays. I ordered a card in April so I could send it to my mom for mother's day. Still hasn't arrived. Each time Ive asked about an update, they've told me it would be delivered that day. Sadly here we are still nothing in the mail. I know mistakes happen in shipping but this seems to be more of a common theme. I really like the cards but having to buy one a month in advance just in hopes it gets there on time seems a little excessive like they just want you to have to purchase the astronomical expedited shipping option. I will be closing my account sadly that I've been using since I saw them air on shark tank.

Have been a customer of Lovepop Cards for over 10 years. Have never had an issue until my last purchase. Bought a light up card for my daughter's birthday. Very quick shipment arrived in just a few days. Issue was, it did not light up as designed.
Contacted Lovepop to try and remedy the situation quickly. They exceeded all expectations. Way above what anyone could possibly expect. Sent a replacement, two-day shipping and offered a 20% discount one my next purchase. The 20% discount was in addition to discounted purchases etc.
Very much impressed with the friendly and professional service.
Quality products, with awesome service. Not many businesses operation like that in todays world.

Loved the cards themselves. Why I gave the 5 stars was for the customer service I received from
Ricardo. Had not still have not received the original 2 cards I ordered. But Ricardo made the reorder easy and sent it in time for my Fathers B-day. He was so surprised. Both cards are still on his mantel for him to look at daily. The rest of the family loved them also-
especially the kids. Lovepop made the day for everyone. Thank you all so very much. Kudos to Ricardo.

Great Team
I visited the store in downtown disney and while I loved all the cards and being able to see them in person, the best part was actually the customer service. I was helped by a very friendly greeter who directed me to the right cards, and then by a cashier who was immediately available and made the transaction quick and painless.
For paper products, these are relatively well priced, and really pretty. Will buy again.

Lovepop has excellent cards & a GREAT staff
Whereas I am not thrilled with Lovepop changing their Rewards Program, I am very thankful to Joy and Mary for arranging a "last chance" discount. I have been a customer for quite some time and did not realize that the Rewards program was being discontinued. I will continue to purchase cards and send them to family and friends.

Had a bit of trouble receiving the…
Had a bit of trouble receiving the "password reset" email, but after I called and spoke to Customer Service, the lady who helped me was able to resolve everything.
Unfortunately, the old Loyalty Rewards program was discontinued, but that won't stop me from purchasing LovePop cards in the future!
