Lovepop Cards Avis 

These are the cutest and unique cards. I had a small issue with the delivery of my cards, but their customer service responded fast and had the issue handled the same day. I highly recommend using Lovepop Cards.

I love being able to talk with a human person. She was very helpful.Your website is a little confusing. I was not able to return to look at some items that were of interest to me. It would be helpful to have item numbers.

There should have been more of a selection instead of 4 of one that was blah to start with. No greeting inside was a real downer. I expected more for the price and won’t order again.

In this modern age of electronics where you're expected to know which icon to select it's nice to know that there is at least one company that has real people available 7 days a week to help seniors (80 years old) with problems that arise.

I was most upset with a product I received that was not correct. I called on a Sunday morning and spoke with a delightful customer service individual that walked me through reordering the product I wanted AND gave me credit for the incorrect product I had already received. To say that I was delighted is an understatement. I have called other customer service numbers only to get lost in a phone tree that I eventually hang up totally frustrated. Not so with these folks. I highly recommend these folks.

We spoke to a customer service rep but were unable to delete from our account a credit card number that we no longer use because it was stolen along with our identity in a recent theft.
