Ordered $400 of products 1/25. Got a shipping notification 1/27 but as of today 2/20, only the label was created and the shipment was never dropped at UPS. Emailed their support 2/6, 2/10, and 2/12 with no response. Complete scam.

Hi Madeline! I am so sorry to hear about this experience. I was able to locate your order and see that the tracking we have shows it was delivered on February 12th at 10:23 am at the front door. We then received a chargeback on February 13th so the refund process would be done through the banks. However, we will be emailing you right now to find a good resolution as we would not want any client of ours feeling this way.

Going on year 4 of wearing Love X Labels! Finding good quality clothing is so hard and I have never been disappointed with them and their quality. Recently I purchased the new collection and it is *chefs kiss. I wore some of the pieces to date night and got so many compliments! Definitely recommend.

Ordered a bunch of new clothes for the new season and got it perfect timing and perfect packaging, couldnt be more happy. They look absolutely stunning on, each piece fit perfect to size and I got a bunch of compliments out and about, highly recommend.
I ordered a few pieces from Love x Labels for my girlfriend and she hasn’t stopped wearing them. The quality is seriously impressive and everything fits her perfectly. She loved the style and how put-together it makes her feel without trying too hard. It was my first time ordering and the process was smooth from start to finish. Safe to say I scored major points with this one, we’ll definitely be ordering again.
I placed an order with love and labels, then quickly started to see that I ordered the wrong size for my partner but I'd already placed the order and CC was credited. I immediately contacted Customer Services and I voiced what I needed to happen as it was a pure error on my part. The Order was canceled and money is being refunded immediately. I then received her correct size the week after and the fit, colour & palette is amazing! Thank you for listening to your customers needs and putting them first.
