Wedding son and daughter-in-law card
I was looking for a special card for my son and future daughte-in-law for their wedding. I tried multiple stores and multiple sites and their card was absolutely perfect, very beautiful saying and expressions of love for them. I received the card in 5 days to the USA. I had emailed customer service to check on delivery their response was immediate. Great cards, great people and great customer service. Will use them again.

Dear Mr Gamblin, Once again I apologise for our error in sending the wrong card out to you.
We did offer to send out another card free of charge as soon as you contacted us. However you said it would be too late. So I immediately issued you with a full refund. As for the delivery time... Your order was placed on the 16th Saturday evening at 6.50pm when we were closed for business. As I was at the office on Sunday and saw there was an order, I posted it out on my way home. It went first class post "free of charge" to you on Sunday 17th. As stated on our website, Normally items received over the weekend are not posted until the Monday when everyone returns to work. So as you can see your item was despatched at the earliest possible time after receiving it. I am sorry that on this occasion you have not been happy with our service and once again I apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment this may have caused. Kind regards, Hilda
