I have had some good servers here. I also had a few problems though. I got a plausible explanation and seeing the rest of the reviews, i think i might just have been unlucky. I will try them again at some point, i am sure.

good servers and good support, after they explained and apologized why they were late with responding, i changed my mind and can actually understand that handling servers isnt that easy.

Great servers, good price, slow customer support. Better than most other reasonable priced gaming servers. I would use them again.

Low.MS is a steadily reliable service. Even when things happen beyond their control (Such as a recent lightning strike to a data node) they do what they can to get you back up and running again. If there is a problem they can help with, they are on top of it right away. Their prices are beyond reasonable, and I have shopped around with competitors and found them to be the best deal. Low prices and reliable service mean my game is up and ready to be enjoyed with minimal downtime.

Surprisingly, their prices are pretty cheap and because of this I thought they'd cut back on performance but damn was I wrong. The service has been insanely reliable and responsive and that's not even talking about the Support Team which are on their own level!

Great servers, great customer service. I've had plenty of issues setting up my server and one billing info issue -- the customer service experts were able to figure everything out, I haven't been able to stump them yet.

This is the only server host I've had and I'm so happy how smoothly it worked out with zero programming experience.

I've been using low.ms server for 2 months. I have 3 rust servers. Setting up a new server is easy. The server is up after a few minutes. I have no problems with the server, good uptime, and little lag. If you need support then they are quick to process my support requests. It is also easy to get help via discord, either from low.ms or other users. They also have great prices where you can start with a simple server configuration and upgrade as needed.

I have been with this host for 5 months now. I have 2 servers with them, they both run very smooth!
I have had 2 issues, and the support staff took care of it fast and smooth.
Very professional, quality at a very good price.

Low.MS is my preferred game host, and I have tried a lot of hosts, they have amazing customer support, they are always available to help from basic setup to advanced support. They may not have all the answers but they find them quickly.

I have had an issue with lag but as soon as I reported it to the support team got it fixed ASAP.

I have had no major issues and fully recommend for your game server hosting requirements.

What I was looking for when I purchased my Rust server was to have a smooth experience with no hardware limits and that is what these guys provide, would recommend trying them out they do have 7 day refund if it goes terribly wrong for you. I don't think I will be moving away any time soon. :)

Like any business, everything is great when nothing is wrong when renting a server. Low.MS has been extremely responsive when something does happen and works diligently to resolve all issues.

Had a Rust server with low.MS for months, never really had any issues. customer support always quick to respond when i did. Would stay with them but no one joins my server anymoree :(

Amazing support - They get to you sooner than any other Game hosts/Dedicated server Host, They will work with what your wanting what you're needing, even if they are out they will continue to look for you. Even if you mess up on billing they are quick to refund, and find what is suitable for you! By far the fastest, server equipment at the most affordable price, No way you can beat, The price to High end gear ratio anywhere else let alone with that five star support!

Hi just here to share my experiences with LOW.MS. First off its really easy to get set up to start renting and hosting your gaming server. The prices per month are really competitive and just about in favor of someone who doesn't want to spend a whole lot for running/hosting a gaming server. The layout of the control panel is really easy to use either for novice or adept users. I will be using their service/server hosting again in the near future. When I have more time allocated to running a server! keep up the great working truly amazing experience.

Having been with 'other' hosts i am able to make a comparison and Low.ms have surprised me greatly.
Low.ms come across more as a family run business than a multi-chain corporation and i like that.
Whilst i only run low player servers, i am extremely pleased with their organisation, communication and support - using Discord in conjunction with their ticket system makes them accessible at all times.
