Amazing packaging. Quality products!

I couldn't fault LUAH's customer service, packaging/delivery or (most importantly) the product. Feels very premium, I especially love my sapphire hoops, having a quality stone in the earrings makes a real difference.

Very responsive company - I had an issue with an ordered item and they responded to my email the same day and resolved the problem quickly and without pain; the jewellery itself seems great quality, I'm loving it so far.

Products are good. Although I was disappointed with "free shipping". When it arrived, I still had to pay a PHP 500+ fee. I just feel bad that I lost the pendant since the latch didn't close well =(

Absolutely love the design and the fact can be worn all the time.
However one of the necklaces the chain isn’t long enough. (Yes designed as a choker) however still too short. Would be nice if these came with an option to extend or shorten like the other one did.

This is my second purchase at Luah. You know how good the quality of a necklace is especially when your hair doesnt get tangled in it. My mum loves her gift except that the pendant can easily fall off when she takes the necklace off her neck. I also wish there were more designs to choose from.

Jewellery felt too light to be 14k Gold and the workmanship was especially poor for the knotted ring. I could see the welding marks left behind. Contacted the service team regarding payment for shipping tax and getting a refund on my 10% off my first order but was met with radio silence. One good thing is that it hasn't tarnished yet despite my 24/7 wear but it definitely is not worth the price or the trouble going through the service team.

I ordered Lana Essentials Stack - and they are AMAZING! I have been looking to buy rings that can be stacked together on a daily basis, and I think it was very nice to be able to buy a stackable set. They are light and fashionable, and easy to match.

I bought two necklaces from Luah and they are so gorgeous and such great quality! I wear them in the shower, gym, beach and nothing has faded even slightly! Completely sweat proof. So happy with the purchase!
