Lube Mobile Avis 

Ute owner, please don't use their service,
Yesterday I paid $460 for oil change and air filter.
I asking for hand break adjustment, mechanic said my car too heavy, he scared of the car will fall over on him.
Asking for steering checking, he told me to go to other companies to fix.....

I thinking , if the mechanic can not perform the job safely, why don't get another job?

This is not the first time I use their service, same car . First time doesn't have a weight issue, but with same setup, second time become issue 😕

Business is hard to run, but using unqualified mechanic I think this business need to close down very soon.

they take the booking and then cancel on you 1 hr before on the day of the booking. booked 2 days ahead and now having to wait for another comany to get the tyre.

Absolutely disgraceful business, next day servicing is a joke they cancel on you after the appointment time, was only using as I'm going away and my (a real mechanic with workshop) was booked out!,

I booked an appointment for two weeks ahead.
Technician Amir turned up on time and was professional, efficient and fast to help with work today.
Kept me informed on what was required and needed.
Will use again.

I booked a vehicle inspection and received written confirmation. After driving 4 hours round-trip and coordinating the appointment with the seller, they cancelled at the last minute without warning. No compensation, no apology, no alternative offered. I lost a full day, fuel money, and potentially missed a good deal because of their lack of professionalism. This is not a reliable service - if you're depending on them for anything time-sensitive, be warned. I strongly advise against using this service.

Never use again, had to get my brakes replaced and a few little minor fix ups for my car and decided to use the convenience of Lube Mobile so I could work and have it done at the same time, Oh how wrong I was! Bloke came at 8am and said would be done by 2:30pm which was music to my ears as I had to go to another job around 3:30pm just to be sitting around till 6pm and the job not even completed to a satisfactory level abosolute shit show, I don’t know who is hiring these wannabe cowboy mechanics but it is a disgrace to the industry! Was extremely disappointing. The mechanic was quite nice but his mechanic skills were not. He arrived during the morning on site at about 9am and was a standard change for the brakes , I had work commitments at 3pm so in my books plenty of time and he thought so as well. Without using cures language it was a blank show, took more then 10 hours and was stuck 50 mins from my house with all of my work belongs !!! 1 star

DO NOT USE I have given them so many changes and used them for ages due to convenience only as I work from home they rip you off every time today I have had enough every time they quote you a general service $420 you will never only pay this always over a grand then trying to scam stuff I’ve never heard of when questioned they say it’s a preventative thing I don’t have to do it so already at a grand but still have to get my back tyres done elsewhere as they charge double to replace tyres and it’s funny how the cheaper tyres are not available the second cheapest only so service plus spark plugs and filter a grand what a joke will never use them again

We were very upset to see not one, but two flat tyres this morning! However, a call to Lube Mobile and the very efficient Alexa organised for Dean to arrive in under two hours. Dean was very professional. It was clear he knew his job inside out and fixed both punctures in no time at all. He also didn't make me feel like a 'know nothing' customer. We have no problem recommending Lube Mobile's Tyre fix service, and Dean in particular to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

Joseph W11 arrived on time. Listened to my problem and looked into it, gave me a quote. Then got to work.

Very quickly finished, suggested a couple of points for potential problems. Explained he had scanned the engine and checked flows and pressures appeared ok now.

I was very pleased with Josephs knowledge of the problem and the time taken for the repair. I could not be happier More than happy to recommend. Booked the job one day, completed the next day... Try that with other mechanical repair workshops.

I booked a pre-inspection for a used car I was buying. The car was being sold without a roadworthy, so I booked this specifically to get an extensive list of things that I'll need to fix to get the roady.

Considering that I was paying $300, the service I got was abhorrent. Your mechanic told me there were only 2 issues with the car - the brakes need to be replaced and the headlights need to polished. That's it. Otherwise it would pass just fine. Apon taking it to a mechanic to get the roadworthy inspection done though, we were told that there are a magnitude more problems with the vehicle than your staff member ever mentioned. Let alone the fact that the brakes are just fine and had recently been replaced. Such a waste of the money and time these guys.

I recently used Lube Mobile for a repair, and while there were quite a few issues along the way, Alan's dedication and tireless effort ensured that everything was sorted in the end. He worked through every challenge with professionalism and persistence, making sure the job was done right.

It wasn’t the smoothest process, but Alan’s commitment to problem-solving and seeing things through made all the difference. I truly appreciate the effort he put in and would recommend Lube Mobile, especially if you get a mechanic as dedicated as Alan. Thanks again!

I went to Lube mobile for help for an oil leak and standard service. I was informed the service couldn't be done for at least a month, but he fixed the oil leak. Five weeks later, the oil leak was back and a new mechanic was sent to fix the issue. He advised me what the original bloke did was all wrong, and was surprised the service wasn't done there and then the month prior.
He then couldn't repair the oil leak because the initial mechanic had tightened the screw so hard (he advised this should never be done) that he couldn't undo it, and left me with no car for a few days. This bloke also had a rolled cigarette while determining how to move forward inside the car park.
After 3 days no car, the original guy came back (had to collect my keys from the office because I do not work from home) and go attend the car. It was fixed but not without informing me I needed $1500 worth of repair. Just bad service.

I called Lube Mobile and told them I had a diesel leak. They gave my problem priority and I had an 8am appointment the following morning.

I got several updates from the mechanic, Eduardo as he progressed to my home. Arrival was exactly on time. I found Eduardo to be very personable and attentive to the description of the problem.

It did not take very long and the problem was identified as one of two possible causes. I was recommended for the cheaper fix rather than the more expensive one. This advice was intensely discussed between Eduardo and the head engineer. They were very confident that the cheaper fix would sort things out.

Eduardo left briefly to find the parts and the repair was done quickly and cleanly, with no mess on my driveway. Eduardo then did a quick scan of my system to see whether there was anything else that needed urgent attention.

Overall this was a textbook delivery of service at what I thought to be a reasonable price. Thanks Eduardo and Lube Mobile.

Jeffrey came down to service my car and was able to fix a problem I have had for years that other mechanics could not see. He came right on time and the communication exchanged was great! He made my experience with lube mobile amazing!

Joseph - Van W11 - highly recommend, personable, professional, he went above and beyond to help us out with our car issues, organising another available mechanic to fix our car as he was unable too. Followed up with a courtesy to us to make sure our car issue was done and to make sure we were happy with the other mechanic. Now that is service. Very informative with knowledge on our that we do not know about. Do yourself a favour and request Joseph Van W11 - you will not be disappointed.

Wow, got mobile service within 2 hours of requesting. Alex was a very charming young man, prompt, efficient and friendly. Fixed all my lights at very reasonable price. Highly recommend. I am in WA

Excellent service and trustworthy. Morgan the mechanic was professional, polite and turned up on time. When identifying the problem left by bad workmanship from another car servicing business he communicated the issue clearly and showed the part. He took pride in his work, provided brilliant service with his mechanical knowledge. Highly satisfied with his work and will most certainly be using his services again. Lucky we found a trustworthy great mechanic.

These guys provide service you just don’t see or hear about much any more.

Rang up to get a diagnosis for my car misfiring. They diagnosed it, but after I told the mechanic not to go ahead with the repairs, he went to Repco, rang me again, and I said again don't go ahead with the repairs. I didn't think he understood no for a answer, so I rang the office and told them he didn't understand and asked them to tell him not to go through with the it. I also texted an office number telling them not to go through with the repairs. But they went through with it anyway.

Because I was holding back the payment while I was disputing the invoice, they held the key for the car and feels like it was on the borderline of stealing or holding me hostage.
Originally they wanted to charge about $1500 but then they tried to charge to around $700 because I told them to remove a part that I didn't even need, but then decided that they would charge $450 which I paid for so I could get my car back since I needed it desperately.
