The products are fine. The website is awful to navigate, complex, hard to follow and seems designed to trick you into subscription. This doesn't give potential customers confidence. I want to be able to chose what I want or try new products that I want simply without having to double check that I've got what want in my basket and no extra. It was only the third attempt that i reversed my decision to never order again. Just like this review - you have insisted that I login not just give you this honest review and get out of engaging further with your business. Get in and get out. Your products are cleaning / housework products - so make it simple for those of us who do housework. Stop wasting our time.

Lucent Globe is great. The washing sheets in particular, are excellent. Gorgeous aromas are a bonus and the sheets are perfect for home AND travelling. I wouldn't purchase any other clothes washing products now. Lucent Globe has definitely earned my custom!

Decent products. I don’t mind them as they are marketed to be a better option to chemical filled ones in the marketplace. However, I at times find it that I have to use multiple sheets for a heavy dishwasher wash. I don’t think it’s as good as a cleaning product as they make it out to be. I do like the natural element to the product.

The subscription service clearly and almost deliberately hard and troublesome to cancel. Buttons are not obvious, many clicks, many questions. Cancelling was not easy at all.

This day and age, canceling a subscription should not be a journey. It should be a simple click.

After reading some bad reviews, it is obvious they have created a digital product that somewhat lures or hides subscriptions or make cancellation hard. I find that extremely distasteful and unfortunately will never buy ever again.

I have been using most of your products for well over a year now and will never go back to what I previously used. First of all I love the packaging as it takes up so little room compared to large bulky boxes, or worse still, plastic bottles. I’ve been trying to convince anyone that will listen to me to give them a try as they are so inexpensive and easy to use.

I love Lucent Globe products because they are amazing value but more importantly are good for the environment. Dispatch is always very quick. They often have great deals so their customers can save even more money. The laundry and conditioner sheets are great for travelling as they are light weight but still ensure our clothes are clean. The fact that Lucent Globe is an Aussie company is a bonus! 💚💛💚💛💚

Love the product. So convenient and consistent deliver means it’s one less thing I have to think about. Had some minor issues with humidity affecting my open box but it was extraordinary circumstances. (3weeks of constant rain and flooding) No issues since then.

I was messaged on my phone that my parcel had been safely delivered last Wednesday, 3 Dec 2025. I have looked in every conceivable spot for the package and failed to find it.

Great customer service. I bought a bundle and love the products and sustainability. The hand soap foam smells divine and guests always comment.

I’m enjoying using an array of products. I’ve been using the laundry sheets, toilet cleaner sheets, handwash sheets, floor cleaning sheets and the dishwashing sheets. I love that they are environmentally friendly - both the packaging and the ingredients. We did have trouble using the dishwashing sheets in the dishwasher- our dishwasher found all the bubbles overwhelming and overheated. So we just use them now when we wash by hand. One thing I’d like to see change though is the use of SLS in the products to get it even more non toxic for us and the environment. Also I find the hand wash dries out my skin a bit.

Most of the products work as expected

I'm really impressed with how well these sheets clean. I especially like the multi-purpose cleaner, the glass cleaner and the toilet cleaner. I feel able now to do away with most, if not all, of my previous cleaning products. It's months since I used laundry pods, and my washed clothes smell lovely!

Customer service lets you down.
Your products are great and my intention was to include a bulk buy of 12 month washing machine and dishwashing every yr and not have to think about it, however my last purchase was an absolute disappointment and filled me with frustration, being responded to by only bots or people who could care less and waiting MONTHS for my order and no real follow up. I will be looking else where.

Update -1 week since lucent globes below reply, i provided my details and order number.... zero follow through...no further contact

I had to pay 8.85 in shipping to get my package from the post office. I thought i paid for the shipping already!

The Lucent products are great. I get every flavour in the laundry sheets! It also encourages my daughter to put on the washing as she gets too choose Pomegranate, or Cherry, or Strawberry. Absolutely love the floor mop too - for small floors it means no more mop and bucket. Brilliant invention. Very handy.

Pretty good results. Not sure if, and when, I should be using more than one sheet
