I ordered a baby monitor from them however it was not fit for purpose. Emailed asking to return and for a refund. I received an email confirming i would receive a refund but never did. Still waiting for a refund. I keep emailing but never had a reply.

It is a scam. Bought headphone about a week ago, still have not received it. Trying calling no answer plus it is not in England which they advertise.
Total scam I ordered a video door bell that doesn't work I'm still waiting for my refund 2 weeks later ,what happened to 30 day total refund.👎.
Complete scam. Ordered a Ring doorbell at £80 which turned out to be a cheap Chinese bell sold locally for £12. Emailed to return for refund as per their 30 day promise.
Recd an email stating the refund will be within 8 days, 15 days later and still no refund, won’t answer my emails nor their phone which is not in this country.
