If your friend did sign up through your referral, it looks like your referral link wasn’t used during registration. Without that link connecting the accounts, the referral wasn’t triggered and the bonus didn’t issue.

That said, we’re not here to leave you with nothing. Customer Support already applied a $10 Resolution Credit to your account as a gesture of goodwill.

We also took a look at the withdrawal issue. The restriction came down to our Anti-Money Laundering requirements, which require deposited funds to be fully wagered before they’re eligible for withdrawal. Credit card deposits may be eligible for reversal in certain situations, but that option isn’t available for every deposit.
