They don't pay - might as well not try
They don't pay. Third deposit and hit some parlays. Tried to cash out for $1200 and now I'm disabled after sending the kyc already. They say it's standard review but can't even login and like others said they never respond to emails. A joke. They look like bovada but act like those usual books that spam you with all kinds of emails about referrals and bonuses and rewards but the second you want a payout, they make it as hard as they can with multiple hoops and then ultimately don't pay.
What they want to do is first make sure it's not a random person using another name, but once they realize you can pass KYC, they then play all kinds of games to not pay. Standard offshore garbage as of July 30, 2026.

Lucky Rebel has a great platform and among the best table game selection in the industry.
They also have the worst management in the history of gaming sites. Poor communication would be an improvement. They locked me out for two weeks and refused to provide any updates and would not allow me to speak to a manager. the chat agents are useless.
These people are not accountable for anything and can do what they want. Very sleazy. They love to use fancy words like security and fairness but it's all baloney. I did eventually get back into my account, but the damage was done and trust broken forever.
If they fire the management team and hire people with communication skills, I would be tempted to give them another shot due to superior software games and variety, but until they clean house my account will stay closed.

I sent this to lucky rebel 2 weeks ago along with all the documented proof of the win and still received nothing , they respond with all the right helpful things to say but do jack shit about it … there has to be a phone number or office for them somewhere Dear Support Team,
I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter , I completed a bonus round on Dragon Eggs Hold and Win under Round ID 5078015181. This round resulted in a win anlmost exceeding $400, clearly shown in the attached screenshots with multiple high-value dragon symbols (including the Scavenger paying 168x).
Despite the game outcome clearly displaying the win, this amount has not been credited to my account.
Additionally, a second bonus round on the same game, Round ID 5078154746, also failed to pay the full amount due. The game history shows it all. Saying I was paid 3.35 ? The game was obviously glitching at this point and just like the first bonus froze at the payout screen in was never given anything
I have followed all verification requirements. Both of these winning rounds must be reviewed and the correct winnings credited to my account without further delay. Please confirm the resolution of both Round IDs as soon as possible.

They will claim it is your card issuers fees until they are blue in the face, even though it will clearly say the excess charges are from the merchant on your statments. Doesn’t matter, they will deny deny deny. I am filing a complaint against LuckyRebel.us regarding what I believe is a misleading promotional bonus and withdrawal restriction.
I deposited approximately $680 after accepting an $800 welcome bonus. I believed that after wagering my deposit amount and continuing to bet, my winnings would become available for withdrawal.
After wagering thousands of dollars and earning approximately $1,500 in profit at one point, I discovered that my winnings remained classified as “locked funds” due to a 20× play through requirement. Meaning I had to wager $15,000 before withdrawing. These requirement was not shown or explained anywhere unless you go through a really bad user interface website and unprofessional customer service. Despite continuing to place wagers, my locked balance did not decrease in a way that was understandable, and additional wagers appeared to continue using locked funds.
The playthrough requirement was so substantial that it became nearly impossible to satisfy without risking all of my funds. As a result, I ultimately lost my original deposit while attempting to meet the rollover requirement.
I am requesting that LuckyRebel review my account, provide a complete accounting of how my rollover was calculated, explain why my winnings remained locked, and consider refunding my deposit or otherwise resolving this matter fairly if the promotion was not adequately disclosed or was administered in a misleading manner.
Your reply means nothing. There was no explanation of wager rules for the bonus. You are a liar. How do I know you’re lying? The customer support, which is awful by the way, told me it was 20x play through and you are saying 10x. Return my money or I will continue to report.

Let me start by saying I have gotten extremely lucky on this casino and they have paid smaller wins which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1 but now that I won really big, they don't want to pay.
I hit an over 900x on a $200 bet on Golden Buffalo which is amazing. That paid over $180k. I chained 4 wild multipliers in the bonus round. As lucky as that is, I have seen online people hit even more on that game including an over 40,000x hit. I didn't cheat. It's not possible to cheat as far as I know. I got lucky and I risked my own money. And it was a big risk betting $200 per spin of course.
I submitted a withdrawal of $100,000 in Litecoin which is the weekly max. Well, my withdrawal was declined and my account was disabled and they asked for ID verification. Fair enough. Any casino can ask for ID verification. I gave them everything they asked for the same day: a photo of the front and back of my driver's license, a photo of of my driver's license next to my face, and a bill dated within the last 60 days to prove address.
It has now been a week and originally the timeframe given was 24-48 hours. Now they refuse to give a timeframe which means they don't ever have to make a decision and they don't ever have to pay me.
They claim to send email updates but I have thoroughly checked my inbox AND spam folders. They didn't send any updates. I have to spend so much time everyday on their support chat talking with reps to get this resolved and I can't talk directly to anyone handling the verification.
At one point 5 days ago one of the reps said they emailed me saying the bill I sent needed to be a recurring bill like a utility bill. Well, all the utility bills are in my fiance's name but I sent another recurring bill: a property tax bill for my car from the county government. This one not only showed my new address but also had my old address that matches my ID. That was 5 days ago.
It doesn't take this long to look at documents and verify someone's identity. I have provided valid documents proving my identity and address. They are clearly stalling looking for a reason not to pay because I got so lucky. But there is no reason because I won fair and square.
Maybe this casino is safe to play at if you are betting small and don't hit anything too big but I am devastated that they refuse to pay this once-in-a-lifetime, life-changing win. I was so happy and excited. I've gambled at many online casinos before and mostly had losses and I definitely got more lucky here than anywhere else but I would have never risked my money here had I known they would do this. NEVER.

they voided my bet that have won, my 1st bet ever in that website and also the last one. I don't recommend it, I guess they don't play fair with customers, void winning bets and keep losing ones, it's a joke in 2026.
They also limited my account after placing only that 1 normal bet..
