Haven’t even received my order - very slow shipping and shipping wasn’t even free of charge.
Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Been told everyday there would be an update on my order and still no information from either EVRI or Lucky Saint. Very disappointed with service to date.

I decided to quit drinking in January…
I decided to quit drinking in January and I love Lucky Saint as it the placebo effect is exactly what I like. I have asubscription, tried the cold filtered and changed next delivery to the IPA. Enjoying being alcohol free for 11 days now and body feels amazing.

YELLOW mellow
I really like the ones in the yellow cans. They taste great and are refreshing. Wouldn't know they are low/zero alcohol.

Lucky saint
Although I haven’t actually drunk the beer yet the ordering process and delivery were bang on after EVRI screwed up initially.
2nd case sent out by a different courier and e-mails answered within an hour on a Sunday!!

Bad delivery via Evri
First order did even turn up via Evri, spoke to Robin after a week and he resent via DHL turned up so got order 10 days after I place it. Great beer and brand just let down by poor delivery

Great beers
Great beers. My favourite is the IPA, Fabulous customer service.
Only downside is that the packaging isn’t up to withstanding modern sorting and transportation sadly.
So the one star off is purely for the brown box packaging that needs some sticky tape to seal it.
So I shall continue to buy, but most probably from my local supermarket rather than the brewers website.

Very nice lager
Very nice lager, I’ve tried both cans and 500ml bottles and prefer them both direct rather than poured into a glass. Also enjoyed the lemon lager but not so much the IPA, that’s maybe me as I’m not an IPA lover anyway. It has made dry January much easier and I will continue to drink the lager, actually looking forward to hot summer afternoon and a cold bottle of Lucky Saint

Poor customer service / Bad packaging
Poor customer service.
Ordered x3 cases, 2 arrived fine.
Last one was damaged in transit, only shipped out again when I emailed Lucky Saint, they said it would take 1-2 days. Arrived 5 days later after delay, all 3 were gifts for friends.
Delivered at my house outside the delivery window, left out in the storm and completely useless to gift as the cardboard had completely worn away.
Raised this to Lucky Saint, honestly their replies are just AI formatted, saying they’ll pass it onto the courier for feedback. Got a completely unusable gift, 5 day late despite having opted for next day delivery. Would NOT purchase from them again despite being regular customers, I would say the packaging isn’t good enough from Lucky Saint, they weren’t even taped!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE.
