I received all 4 items, and material patterns match the ad. Sizing, however, is inconsistent. 1 item fits OK, 2 items are snug but may be wearable. One is almost too tight to squeeze into, definitely not wearable; its width (above chest) is 2" less than the one that fits.

Ordered items thinking it was a Charleston, SC boutique. When they finally arrived, completely disappointed in quality of fabric, construction and they barely resembled the photo online. I contacted the customer service right after they were delivered and wanted a refund. The customer service responded immediately offering partial refund (15% then 30%) with product discounts in addition. Then the hook of having to return to China and wait for them to decide if I get a refund. Nope. Took the 30% and learned a lesson.

The Lillian outfit that I ordered was inferior quality material and stitching. I asked for a refund of my purchase when returned. The only option to return was to China which cost wise was more than the item. At first I was offered a 15% refund! Then a 30% refund! We'll see if I actually get anything. Wish I had checked reviews before ordering. Be careful with this company.

The dress is attractive and easy to style. It fits well overall though I needed some time to adjust to the cut. Still a pleasant shopping experience.

Material is CHEAP linen, feels like cardboard! Sizing is not true to size either. I have attempted to get a return label for shipping it back and they keep offering me 50%.off of the NEXT order...won't be ordering from the again! My mistake for thinking the photos of the dresses were real too!

The dress that I received was not a good representation of what was pictured on the website. No back view of the dress was shown on the website and the dress I received had just one big long flat panel in the back. The empire was shown on the Front only went to the sides and stopped. The material was heavy and cheap looking. It looked horrible on me so I decided to return it. They offered me another item of equal value, saying that I could keep the dress. I had no interest in this dress or anything else they had to sell, so they then offered me 20% cash refund and to keep the dress. So I got $10 back on a $50 purchase and address that went straight into the charity bag. The only other alternative was to pay postage to China, even though the package was shipped to me from California and the store claims to be in Charleston. There was a disclaimer that said that they were not responsible for items lost after they were received, so I was afraid that it would make it all the way to China, show as delivered, and then suddenly become lost. I do not recommend this company. In fact, I encourage anyone not to buy from this company.

I received two dresses. Both have very thin material and sizing was all wrong. Their customer service responded in a timely fashion but instead of offering a refund, I can get 15% back or 50% store credit. Also receiving the dresses took a couple of weeks. Not happy. I will not do business with them.
Update:
They have now refunded my money after I contacted my credit card company.

DO NOT purchase anything from this website!!!! It’s fraud and I’m reporting to BBB!!! Not a legitimate website!! It’s from China!!!

Poor quality , way too small, and ZERO help in offering a refund. No customer service phone number - only automated email messaging. Total ripoff. BEWARE! .

I received the blouse. I like the colors and style. The blouse is made of a material that has deep wrinkles out of the package. I am hoping to get them out so I can wear it. I ordered a second top that was not at all flattering. I will donate to charity.

I ordered the Emma everyday denim dress and I love it. Fits perfectly and I ordered my normal size. I had a question that I sent by email late one evening and early the next morning I had an answer. I would order from this site again

I ordered 2 tops and received them about 2 and a half weeks later. When I tried them on both tops were very large with overly long sleeves. I had seem some customers state that some tops ran small so I ordered the 2X instead of Large. There was no 1X option. I emailed that I was not happy with the fit and didn't want to exchange because the Large might not fit correctly. I requested directions to return and receive a refund. I've had several emails offering only exchange. They hassle free refund policy is a joke. It states that there is a 14 day return policy and it did state refund. I am getting nothing but a runaround. They offer to send me another size but I pay shipping. I don't trust this company and will spread the word to never order from them online. EDIT ADDITION: After 17 emails I had to go back to their original offer of exchanging the tops for a smaller size and pay 20.00 shipping fee. They will not give you a full refund. Every email had an "apology" and a worst percentage offer of 30% of total amount and a coupon for 50% another purchase. No thank you. They are going to send smaller sizes and said I can keep the originals. So weird!! It took 18 days for original shipment so we'll see what I receive in July. Never again.

I wish I had looked up Lucy and Claire as I would have realized they are a Chinese company. This explains the poor quality of their clothes. I tried to return them as the quality is poor and the sizing is wrong, but they will not give me a refund but offered 30%. If I want a full refund, I have to send the clothes back to China, pay the mailing fee and "Maybe" they will refund me. What a scam. Their website has a refund policy but they're not honoring it.

I worked with Lucy on the replacement of an item that was received but didn't fit. She arranged to credit me without returning the item and helped me with the correct sizing of a replacement item. She was focused on satisfying my needs. She addressed
my concerns and successfully resolved my issue. She is knowledgeable and professional and provides excellent customer service. Based on my experience with her I would give more than 5 stars, and I will definitely be ordering again. I highly recommend. What a great experience.

Zero stars. Theirs is a very slick scam: lovely website, sweet origin story. Products are cheap quality and return process is impossible. Save yourself the money and hassle and order from Temu - you’ll get a better quality product.

My credit card was also compromised after ordering from this website. I don’t believe that is a coincidence.

I have filed a report with the FTC and suggest all who’ve been scammed by them do the same.

This is a horrible company! Do not deal with them. Their pictures are deceiving, the fabrics are gross and the dresses I ordered fit like gunny sacks. They do not offer a functional return process, instead they tie you up with email after email only offering partial store credit for substandard clothing. They claim to be a US company, but if you want to return something, you have to ship it back to China. They are a total scam operation. Stay away!!

Buyer beware before ordering on Lucy & Claire. Their website states “Hassle-free Returns”. This is simply FALSE. They make returns impossible and then begins the ridiculous (but kind) back and forth to get some sort of compensation. Still waiting for that coming from China…things aren’t always as they appear.

I would give zero stars if available. My tennis shoes have zero arch support and the ankle boots will not go over my heel. The seam between the material that covers the heel and where the top of the boot meet is very stiff and just won’t go over the heel even though it’s the correct size. When I requested a return for a full refund, I was offered a 30% refund or a 70% website discount on a future order. After several emails haggling to get my refund, I was finally told I have to pay shipping to get it back to china and then wait until they receive it before getting my money back. I finally just accepted the 30% and chalked it up to lesson learned. I’ll be sure to make certain future purchases from any online site are not shipped from an overseas location.
