Very poor delivery service

Very poor delivery service. They will promise they will deliver on the next day or other day but dont expect. And if you are calling the customer care they will tell u its on the way. I took leave and waited one full day but finally at 6.30pm they told sorry. And the product is out of stock. They will give u a mobile number after 10-15 to call and will tell u its delivery persons number but they are lying its their number only and the same phone no one will answer.

Pls dont shop online in luluhypermarket

Pls dont shop online! It was a mess, my bananas came squeeze, yoghurt opened, spoiled apple, beef cubes outside the pack, soft raspberry that leaked all over my items!!!
Omg, if you will buy from lulu- go to shop and do it yourself so you can choose yourself.
Otherwise carrefour, delmonte are very good for online ordering so choose them instead of lulu!

Today I spend almost 700 plus riyal
For food stuff and the cashier phillipino girl(did not see name) dont know how to handling customer and lot of attitude, and showing her attitude once I ask one extra plastic bag, even I know that Qatar ministry advise to reduce, but she can refuse in nice way,
I suggest to management and HR training team to give tranining about how to handle guest and show attitude.

Today I had in Lulu Barsha

Today I had in Lulu Barsha. I was suppose to purchase few items from Roastery section, and waited there for half an hour. Little crowd was there even though they could give me a reasonable customer service. But in fact they were treating all the customers like beggers...
I never have seen such a behavior from any of the Hypermarkets. I cancelled all my purchase and left the shop.
I really admire its chairman Mr. Yousaf ali.
But today my experience at Lulu Barsha was really disappointing....

This is my first time to try this…

This is my first time to try this shopping app... to my suprised, the agent called and informed me that the item i've purchased is due to expire this coming april 2021, he initiated to offer another brand with the same ceiling price and expiration date of 2022. Thank you for the effort of informing me... this only shows how you guys are so dedicated in terms of customer service... rest assure a repeat business under my name! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Not the place to shop for anything

Not the place to shop for anything. Worst experience of my life. I realized how the owner gets richer by the day. They don’t pay their suppliers and the suppliers in turn deliver sub standard product to the customers. The nightmare starts endless calls , useless staff. In all a f... all experience. Talk to me and I will give u the story. Want to ever a do a favour on your friends stop them from shopping at any lulu hyper market

Lulu Hypermarket is NOTthe place to shop online

I placed an online order that was delivered the next day as suggested. However, the order was missing two items worth about AED 30. The fruits and vegetables were substandard and the quantity of couple of them were half of what I ordered and paid for. They issued me a ticket indicating someone would follow up in 12-24 hours. That was five days ago. No one did. I called their 600 number and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes until I had to hang up because of the repeated message that they deliberately play. My advise do not bother ordering online. The concept and its proper implementation are new to them.

Very bad experience with Lulu online shopping UAE.. the worst online store I have visited.. no customer service.. no update on purchase.. and when you receive the items after long fight you find there is missing item from the same order.. never order from them..

Appalling customer service - no exchange or refund

Bought a Hisense 75Q8700UWG TV from Lulu Al Falah Plaza for 5,000AED which was sent for repairs twice in 4 months.
They eventually agreed for an exchange for a new TV but the model was discontinued (it was newly released and surprisingly discontinued and replaced with an updated 75U8QF model, probably because the previous model was crap!).
I requested have been waiting for the past 2 weeks for a (1) replacement with either models, i.e. 75Q8700 or 75U8QF or (2) a refund to my credit card, or (3) a refund via Lulu credit notes.
I have paid 5,000AED and have no TV or refund.
Appalling customer service - next time, will support Amazon.
Tough luck with refunds or replacement (They take your money, refuse to replace or refund, want you to deal with their supplier directly, and don't want to resolve problems).
Still waiting for resolution - went to the store last weekend, and will go to the store again next week to follow up. Bunch of crooks.

Very poor service

Very poor service. Purchased a refrigerator from Lulu bur dubai , brand super general and exactly in 40 days got spoilt. Under warranty for a year. Now when we call customer care they say that we need to pay for spare parts if spoilt. In a months time how can spare parts get spoilt unless we were given a defective piece. Lulu very very poor service. Wish I had read the reviews earlier . I would not have purchased any electronic items from Lulu. Lulu needs to keep a track of their suppliers.

Bad bad bad bad even 1 star I dont want put. never buy electronics from Lulu bad bad bad I buy washmachine but dryer not working I call no body come to fix I go Lulu many time I go there more than 10 time warrantees not working the say ok ok ok we will send but no body come to fix one time only the send boy come but he not fix he say after I will come now 2 month no body come I call the say ok we will inform but same story lier no body come no body fix I go there many time the say ok same story no body still not come, I call I say I want talk with meneger the say ok we will inform them the will cal you back after 5 minus but no body not call

Lulu offers are worst.

Lulu offers are mostly worst offers and their Lulu brnad products are very bad. Offers eggs also very bad and some products are near expiry. comparatively other supermarkets and prices also high. if they continue like this they will lose all business. spacious stores only plus for lulu. So families will go there.

worst service in Dubai, to fulfill the order they take 4-8days and their customer service can't do anything even you want to cancel the order they don't have authorization. Just funny how they handle e-commerce business, will never buy from them again. They should learn from Amazon.

Bad Electronic items warranty

I bought a laptop from lulu centre and there was no audio software installed from the start.I called expert technician but he also failed and said no software at all in your laptop,lulu have to replace because this is new computer.
When I visited the customer services, they said we need 14 days minimum to repair but will not replace. when I bought from carrefour, they said if any issue in the first 15 days will replace with new one.A very bad experience
