Like many others commenting about this 'company' on Trustpilot, you should not deal with this company. The sizes are far too small and they do not abide by their return policy. They do not reply to emails about the problems with the products.
I am surprised that the authorities do not or cannot bring them to task about Distant Selling Regulations and use of a .co.uk suffix to the website URL.

Ordered hippie shirts size 2XL. When they arrived they were much too small - barely an L and the quality was poor.

There was no return address with the packaging so I emailed them but they are refusing to accept returns, quoting COVID as an excuse and offered only a 50% refund, later increased to 75% when I complained.

I am now raising a dispute with PayPal.

Don't even deserve the 1 Star. As previous review - minuscule product, despite ordering larger and colour match is atrocious. Don't buy or use

The shirts ordered were delivered late and a very poor fit. Do not use this company.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering a couple of items. 1 pair of pants supposed to be 3xl but wouldn’t even fit one leg and a shirt supposedly 4xl which somebody half my size would struggle. Have asked for return system but don’t have much hope

Item hasn't been delivered weeks after order.
Don't buy from these people.

Same as everyone else sizes too small and offered to refund 1/2 my money. Do not by from them or order 2 sizes bigger than you need

Don't buy from this Company. The comments on Facebook must be fake. The sizes they quote are nothing like the real sizes. They have no returns policy either. My 2 shirts are going to the charity shop !!

Be wary of this company. I ordered two polo shirts from them at the beginninģ of May, in xl size. Despite sending two emails about delivery I had no reply. They eventually arrived on May 26, scrunched up in a plastic bag with no delivery note. On top of that the xl size would not even fit a medium size person. Chinese sizing is not European sizing. I have tried to contact LuLuwin re replacing the items but still have had no reply!

Like others who have made comment. Reasonable quality, nowhere near the size I expected. Customer service communication non-existant since requesting return details. One star seems far too much in my estimation. 5 shirts, for me totally unusable. £68 out of pocket at the moment, although I did get a £12 discount on the original order. People beware.

I so wish I'd read these reviews first. Ordered 5 shirts (different colours of same one), size XL which is 1 bigger than I normally do. Arrived - way too small - poor quality. Have tried to contact and no response. Contacted the Chinese email from paypal - they have offered half refund and said they can't do returns !!

Feel very silly for not checking up.

As with it seems countless others, I purchased two shirts from this cowboy outfit. The shirt quality was OK but not the size, I made several attempts to contact their customer services for instructions on exchange with no response. Avoid like the plague.

I wish I'd of read Trust Pilot first. I've just wasted £25 on a shirt. I'm fairly sure I ordered an XL but a small arrived after 3 weeks (why would I order a small). I'm trying to contact their customer services, without success as I haven't even opened the package.

Same as the rest I'm afraid. Took 4 weeks to arrive from China. Poor quality material, nothing like the advertised item and way way too small. I wanted XXL, it said XXL in label but was in fact probably a small or child's size! No washing instructions and no address to contact or return. Luckily I paid with PayPal. If only TP would let me upload a photo of it.

I have sent several requests to luluwin for a return address but have had no response to my emails .It looks very suspicious to me .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Ordered 2 Large shirts. Eventually arrived but one was Small. Established through photo that one was Small but they initially insisted that they were both ok ! Although they now agree one is much smaller they say they cannot send me a Large and refuse to give a refund.

I ordered a shirt and it took nearly 7 weeks for it to be delivered. When it arrived it was badly crushed, far too small for the advertised size. It had loose threads and a button was hanging off. Poor thin quality material and very poor customer service. This site is a scam and they do not give full refunds. and you can't return goods. SO AVOID DO NOT BUY.

Unlike the other reviewers, I at least received a delivery from the company. It took almost four weeks and came from China. When it arrived, it looked little like the item ordered, and the size provided was small, instead of large. I have requested a return, and will update, if anything happens.

I suspect this is a scam. They have taken my money but no goods received. Do not place any order with them.
