I got the help I needed. Very complete and very professional. Charles did everything I needed immediately. Excellent Customer Service when they became aware of AI going rogue. I didn’t know that originally as she was called Sandra and had messed up all of my subscriptions. Instead of being upset I went to laughing. Thank goodness for Charles help. I’m in my 80’s and a caregiver for my roommate so overloaded as I am appreciated the help immensely. Thank you for helping me Charles I feel so much better. Luma is an excellent Company that I have trusted for years for good supplements. Very excellent company.
