Purchased a custom made coffee table. We received it and could not be happier. They built it just the way we wanted it. Shipping was great and the table was packed well with no damage.

Good service
Great customer service! The staff was amicable and helpful. I even asked for a discount...unfortunately never heard back on any discount available. I was prepared to pay whatever to get the floor since the flooring was discontinued. I did not get a deal, but I don't think I was taken advantage of either.

Do not buy your flooring here
Please spare yourself the headache and do not order from this company. This company does not take responsibility for any issues with the order and would waste your time to hear from the manufacturer rather than to take care of you first and deal with the manufacturing issues on their end. All the flooring i ordered came unfinished and after wasting 3 weeks of my time (in the middle of the construction) they said they finally heard from the manufacturer that they can pickup the wrong flooring and send me a new sample of a new batch. The sample came and it was again without the proper finish. Its been 4 weeks. i dont have any flooring and im still waiting to get my money back. They again are saying they have to hear from the manufacturer before issuing a refund! Buy from your local store not here. The little money you will save buying online would hunt you at the end.

I am sorry to hear that your experience of Lumberjack has been so poor. We feel, we have done an absolutely phenomenal job of servicing your order. We are disappointed you do not feel the same.
After you received your initial shipment without any issues at a great price, you had your installer open every box of flooring. Normally we not return opened boxes, however, you felt there was a manufacturing issue with the finish.
Lumberjack Direct quickly filed a claim with the manufacturer who soon agreed to take back the unpackaged material, on one condition. That Lumberjack Direct had to pay for the return shipping. Which we did without hesitation or delay.
Furthermore, the manufacturer then sent you a sample of a second batch of material from a different production date for your approval. They personally inspected to ensure there were no quality issues with the finish. This sample, also did not meet your expectations. Finally, the transitions which were made in an entirely different factory also did not meet your standards...
There were 3 different hardwoods, with 3 different finishes, which you felt were all defective. Turns out, none of them had any manufacturing issues and nothing wrong with the finish whatsoever.
Normally, since it was not deemed there was a manufacturer defect, the customer would be responsible for the restock fee and return shipping charges.
None the less, Lumberjack Direct compensated your return shipping charges and also have waived all restock fee's... at no cost to you.
If you ordered from a local dealer you would have received the same floor for more money without the exceptional customer service. Lumberjack Direct has gone above and beyond to service your project. Thank you for the opportunity even though it did not work out as intended!

Amazing company with integrity!!
Was a little reluctant to make such a big purchase online. Initially placed an order for 930 sq ft of solid hardwood. Within hours regretted the selection we made and wanted to cancel the order. Contacted them and asked to cancel my order. They agreed to do so. 2 days later the material was shipped to me. Contacted them again to see what was going on and was told it was an error in shipping. They had the product shipped back and fully refunded my money without any hesitation. I was so impressed by their service I wanted to make sure we used them still when we decided on what we really wanted. We did find that product the Mullican Wexford in Cascade. We again placed the order and received our product 2 days later. Every local flooring company said that product would take 6 weeks to get. I received it from Lumberjack Direct in 2 days and paid $3.50 per sq ft less than any local suppliers price. Plus my product came shipped to me directly from the manufacturer Mullican. It wasn’t dated material sitting in some distributors warehouse. Finding Lumberjack Direct was a blessing to us. We have never been so satisfied with a flooring purchase in our lives. Great company with high integrity who simply wants to do a good job for their customers. Highly recommend.
