Overall, a solid learning experience.
The trainer was both knowledgeable and helpful, my only gripe is that, while the course is self paced, it would have been nice to have a more structured learning experience, even if only for a part.

I recently finished my Certificate IV in Information Technology and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The support and knowledge my teacher provided me was priceless. Nothing was ever an issue when I needed help with areas of my study.

the course that i did was well made just a couple of mistakes with the wording but over all good and my trainer (Craig Rossow) was very helpful with explaining and helping me understand the course and if something goes wrong he is willing to help you through it and he also tries to connect with his students which helps with communication.

I had an outstanding experience with Craig Rossow as my daughter's IT trainer for Cert3 in Information Technology. His deep knowledge, clear explanations,
and hands-on approach made complex topics easy to understand. He was always patient, supportive, and eager to answer questions, ensuring that every concept was fully grasped.

The Certificate 3 I.T course was very informative and I appreciate the self-paced learning which allowed a smooth experience. My mentor was knowledgeable, reliable and offered excellent guidance.

I had a disappointing experience with Lumufy Learn. I enrolled in their certification program but had to withdraw for personal reasons. Despite my official withdrawal, they continue to demand payment, which has been incredibly frustrating.

The withdrawal process was unclear and not user-friendly. I expected better communication and support from a learning platform.

I recommend potential students to thoroughly understand their withdrawal policy before enrolling. My experience has left me feeling dissatisfied and confused.

I recently completed a Cert III in Information Technology Elective Focus Basic Cyber Security Awareness. Craig was my trainer who really assisted me in whatever I needed help with. He is always keen to have a chat about anything and makes me feel at ease. The course was great, as it allows you to have a work life balance as it is self-paced, which made me feel comfortable. The amount of content was perfect for me to write down notes and always look back to if needed. All the best!

I have just finished a cert 3 in information technology with Rajee she was the best whenever I had a question or didn't know how to do a part of a unit. Rajee would always take time out of her day to help me and to explain how to do it.
