We pride ourselves in quality work and taking time to read the face of our clients, listening to your needs and thus creating a good and balanced look of your hair and beard. By drawing on knowledge of facial anatomy, symmetry and head shapes, we sometimes use sketching as a tool to help understand and visualize your styling needs and to achieve a fresh look and the best version of yourself.

Rat's nest turned into lion's mane, best hairdressing experience ever
Before coming in my hair was in sub-optimal conditions. I have long hair, but it was very dry, getting thinner by the month, and filled with split ends and tangles. Running a comb through it was impossible, it was like a doormat. Everyone I spoke to told me I was better off just cutting it off and waiting for it to regrow again.
The place is operated by a very passionate Brazilian guy, and upon seeing my hair when I walked in, his face lit up with excitement, for he knew he could turn the rat's nest on my head into a lion's mane, he is an artist that loves his work.
And he really did an amazing job, he combed through the dreadlocks efficiently, and then trimmed and styled my hair to make it look amazing, and he showed me how to maintain it like this on my own.
And the price was cheaper than I expected, definitely worth it! If you find yourself in Copenhagen and want your hair looking awesome I'd definitely recommend stopping by. And they offer drinks too, coffee, beer, and water.

Luiz is actually an artist, been drawing all his life, so he starts drawing you and explains what look and style he suggests. All done with positive energy and at eye level.

Virkelig god oplevelse
Har netop været hos LUMI for første gang og er yderst tilfreds.
Virkelig behagelig stemning i salonen og Luiz som klippede mig var virkelig god til at se og forstå mine ønsker i forhold til klipning og jeg er meget tilfreds herefter. Derudover var han meget behagelig at snakke med undervejs, så alt i alt en virkelig god oplevelse og en anbefaling herfra.

Best hairdresser in town!
Lumi has been my regular hairdresser since 2019. Best service in town and I always walk away from there with a big smile on my face and a good looking haircut!

The help I received and the advice I got were all proof that he's an expert in what he's doing. I love the blackboard drawing which makes it easy to visualize the final haircut. And he does deliver on his promises.

Great service and perfect haircut!
The service was fantastic and the haircut is perfect.Today at Lumi Hair & Barber was the first time I was cutting my hair in Copenhagen and, for sure, I’ll continue going to Lumi.
