Very disappointing. Huge queues for food and rides meaning many missed out. very poor drone show with sound issues and at least 50% of drones not working. 'Fire show' did not live up to expectations. No festive touches with catering - e.g no mulled wine. Also paid for parking but there was nobody checking for payment meaning anyone could have parked for free. The story of the show was also not suitable for young children in my opinion - too scary with a monster involved.

Scammed for our money! We went to their show at South of England Showground. There was meant to be a Santa's Grotto and festive activities but nothing. The food was eye wateringly expensive as was the fair ground rides. There was a 'Fire show' before the drones started which was dreadful... 2 people on platforms singing out of tune and out of time to the song. Then to be told the drones were going to be half hour late (by which point we had 2 very cold and fed up children) Then I dont even know where to start on the actual drones. Half werent working, couldnt make out what they were meant to be.
And now hundreds of us are asking for refunds and complaining. The company are just deleting social media posts where people have commented, deleting comments, blocking people - all to try and not get a poor review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Terrible Drone Show provided by a bunch of crooks....

The Rudolf show promised many things and totally failed to deliver. The key thing was the failure of the main drone show but the other shows were pathetic and they just did not bother with the: Santa's grotto, Xmas market, Games stalls etc. The food and rides were criminally expensive. The paid car parking a total rip-off (we were delayed 30 mins getting in and longer stuck in a muddy field on the way out). This company has not honesty or integrity, do not trust them.

Went to see it at Haywards Heath and what a disaster!! Food prices were extortionate, kiddies rides were £5 for 4 minutes, the live show was 3 girls dressed as Santa dancing and attempting to sing and failing miserably. The light show was very poor and certainly not what I would call animated, there were a lot of gaps with insufficient drones making it difficult to see what the images were. All this while being told a story about Rudolf that then seemed to go off track and then talk about teeth with the drones showing a tooth image and then even the drones had enough and it all went dark before the end of the story. It was just absolute rubbish. I decided to pass on the 3 toasted marshmallows on a stick for £6 and also left before the fire show as we'd had enough, I would imagine it was probably those same 3 girls waving lighted matches about.

If I could give a zero review I would. False advertising, apart from technical issues the event ( not just this event ) did not provide the activities to the standard advertised. Refused refunds , and has cancelled subsequent shows.

Company has no remorse for what was a shambles of an affair. I expect to pay over the top for food and to queue, but then I expect to see a show that was advertised and have an experience that was promised.

Company will not offer a refund for what was an absolute joke. Not as advertised and I cannot imagine even if the drones were working, it would look like the advertising. This company appears to have a history of letting people down and deleting their social media posts when they complain.

Be aware, do your research. I wish I had.

Absolute waste of money! Very angry that I chose this as our family night out for this year. It was badly organised and the show was terrible. My kids said on multiple occasions 'what is that?' And I couldnt tell them what it was meant to be!
The food stands were a complete shambles and disgustingly overpriced. The food was also grim. Loads of things advertised that were not there. All in all, a complete waste of my hard earned money that I wish id spent elsewhere. Dont book with these con merchants!!

Paid money for an event that was not as sold. Many missing components to the event such as a Santas grotto… how do you tell children Santa isn’t here after all. Sadly there were technical difficulties with the drones and less than half of them took to the sky meaning the imaging was unclear. I’m aware these things happen but there was no re try and along with other things missing and wrong with the event such as unlit charged parking in a muddy field we got stuck in. I expected this company to send out refunds but they haven’t done so. Instead they continue to promote their shows whilst many families missed out on a Christmas experience and now don’t have the money to attend something else!

WARNING! Do not buy tickets for anything organised by these people!

Brilliant company that has had one technical issue and the world is slating them, cut them some slack, take the offer for another show and go and see what they can actually do before you slag them off anymore with your stupid step 1 and step 2 to a refund that isn’t coming to most of you!!!

The show was an absolute shambles. From parking to leaving. Fire show was a couple of girls throwing lit sticks about of which kept going out. The drone show was AWFUL, bald of the drones were not working and you couldn't make out what anything was supposed to be. It lasted 10 minutes instead of 35 minutes. There were no stalls or a Santas grotto. The fun fair rides were £5 a go even for a child. The food was very over priced. It was one of the worst events I have ever attended!!!

There’s not much else I can say from what already hasn’t been said! It was just a complete waste of time and money!

Drones stopped working. The “entertainment” was ear piercing. A young teenager screeching down the microphone “ Oggy oggy oggy” for a Christmas event - Festive!

I attended the Rudolph even at Ardingly Showground 30/11. Half the drones didn't take off, couldn't make out what anything was, the pre entertainment was absolutely awful (and they happened to come back on for post entertainment). Upon complaint Lumina has admitted nothing was right with it and that they are investigating but won't refund, only offered tickets for another event (which are at a minimum 1.5 hours away) -I absolutely don't want to repeat this experience and what should have been a festive treat for me and my son was an absolute waste of money I don't have! Avoid at all costs.

Absolute joke of an event pre paid for disabled parking only to be told it was full until I kicked up a stink then a plac suddenly was available was a shambles getting in not one member of staff seemed to know what they were doing then the drone show was diabolical could not make out what the shapes were meant to be followed by rude staff on the very over priced food and drinks so awful experience from start to finish

A shocking company which could not deliver or provide on what was sold. Absolute dreadful customer service and adamant on not issuing any refunds for the disastrous event. Plenty of local and national news outlets reporting on the event and company if you want to read more 😂

Drone technical issues can happen but this wasn't just about that. The advert shows Christmas village huts with stalls, Christmas carol singing, and a lovely atmosphere. What was delivered was none of that. A wide circle of vendors asking extortionate prices with some fun fair rides equally as extortionate. The three 'singers' we were called over to go and watch as fire singers could barely sing, one was constantly looking at the others for the dance moves and there was no fire. Drones then delayed. Then abruptly started. Images unclear and then nothing at the end. The MC only said something when the audience bood when he asked if we had a good time.
Utterly disappointing for an expensive treat we booked in August!

Paid £7 for parking and didn’t need to! No refund given.
Spent over £100 for my family of 6 and no refund!
There was no show, just flying dots in the sky and yet I paid for this! I would rather pay to watch paint dry, at least I would have been warm whilst watching the paint dry too!! Terrible ardingly

Terrible event. We paid over £120 for 2 adults and 4 child on tickets for a show that did not happen. The show started late and went on for 10minutes with lots of missing drones so you could not understand what was going on. Children and adults were very disappointed and we spent £50 on pick n mix whilst waiting for this disastrous show to start.

There was no winter village or Santas grotto as promised. I would never attend again.

It was a postponed a day due to weather however was fine on the Saturday evening it should have taken place and instead we were given only Sunday evening as an option or another location entirely with a different show. Hardly a fair alternative.
