I recently purchased a vanity mirror from LuminaPro for my bedroom makeup and beauty setup, and overall I’ve had a very positive experience.

The LuminaPro vanity mirror looks even better in person. The design feels modern and premium, the lighting is bright and useful for applying makeup, and the mirror itself provides a clear reflection without feeling cheap or flimsy. It has made my vanity area much more functional and also looks great as part of the room decor.

I was also happy with the ordering and delivery experience in the US. The product arrived safely packaged and in good condition. Everything was straightforward from placing the order through receiving the mirror.

What I appreciated most was that LuminaPro feels focused on beauty mirrors, vanity setups, and home organization, rather than being a generic furniture or home goods store. The product quality and overall presentation matched what I expected from the website.

So far, I’m very happy with my LuminaPro purchase and would recommend the brand to anyone looking for a lighted vanity mirror or a stylish mirror for a makeup/beauty setup.

The led light strip had no adhesive on the side that needs to stick. Customer service refuses to send a return label to honour their product. Money down the drain.

So far, my experience with Lumina Pro has been negative. It is over a week past the advertised delivery date (19 days since order date) and the vanity isn’t even in transit yet. I don’t understand why they advertise order to delivery within 10 days when that’s just clearly not the case.

Beyond that, I’ve found them very unresponsive to my questions. I emailed about the shipping to which I got no response. I also inquired about the drawer measurements and got no response.

At this point I’m worried this isn’t even a real company. But a big reason I ordered from them was because of the clearly laid out shipping timelines, which apparently mean nothing. Right now the estimated delivery date is 5 days after 30 days since my purchase which means the vanity wouldn’t be eligible for return even if I wanted to return it.

I hope to come back and update this review that I eventually got my vanity and it’s amazing, but at this point I just feel sad and taken advantage of.

UPDATE JULY 30
My vanity came! Yes, almost 6 weeks after ordering and far past the advertised timeline and return window. However, it’s beautiful and heavy and came fully assembled except needing to put the top on the drawers. No hours of fitting pieces together, no mismatched alignment. The vanity is high quality, the drawers are all smooth, and I’m so excited to start using it.

Also the rgb lighting is great! I was worried about it making noise or buzzing but it’s silent. The controls are a little bit wonky - they’re like buttons you don’t actually press, you just lay your finger on top with no feedback but nothing happens until you move your fingers so it’s taking some getting used to. The lights are nice and bright, but unfortunately not dimmable like I was hoping for. Still, I’m happy with them.

I’m going with 4 stars because I was disappointed in the shipping timeline and lack of communication, but if you’re ok with a longer wait and go in expecting it, this could be five stars for you.

I ordered 2 mirrors of the same kind, and they only shipped one. In a couple days it will be a month since I placed order and still haven't received the 2nd mirror. I also emailed Lumina Pro and have not received a response.
