Avoid this company
Avoid this company. The lights I received were faulty, and despite providing photos and following their process, I had to spend weeks going back and forth with customer service trying to get a refund. Their responses were slow and repetitive, with the same generic answers even when I was raising specific concerns.
They also expected me to pay the return postage for a faulty item, which I find completely unreasonable. The products themselves feel very cheap for the price and, in my experience, are overpriced for the quality. Delivery was also slower than expected.
After all the unnecessary back and forth, they still did not resolve my refund, so I had to dispute the payment through my bank.
Overall, very disappointing product quality and terrible customer service. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere
