While nothing wrong with the product/delivery, I felt it looked better in the picture on website. Considered returning for a refund only to see that they don't allow cash refunds. Uploading for visibility incase anyone else uncertain

We pride ourselves in our product photography to ensure that the products displayed via the photos on our website are of a great quality in order to display the details, and in this case the links of the chain itself. We haven’t received a review or complaint regarding the items looking different online to how they look in real life. In fact, when it is mentioned, the general comment is that the items look much better in real life vs looking at them online through a photo.
Our products are of only great quality, and we ensure we maintain this consistently throughout all our products. With this being said, and in the case your chain was defected or broke due to a defect, we would happily replace it for a replacement item.
We apologize again that you feel this way and that the photos look different online vs in real life.
