Great experience dealing with luminary
Great experience dealing with the Luminary team.
Had a small factory fault on my chain which was a few months old. I contacted the team to inform them of what happened. The item was replaced within the blink of an eye with no huss or fuss.
I wish all service based departments were this friendly & efficient. Great experience!
