Their customer service is superb
Their customer service is superb and they are quite trustworthy. I had wanted to order an item that was out of stock and inquired about when it would be restocked, then I was informed that one had been available with their stockist and I would be able to order the piece via the Luminary website. Long story short I was able to get iced out in a couple days.
