Every morning starts with coffee and this sculptor now. Five minutes and my face looks less puffy, more awake. I don’t even need to ice roll anymore. It’s like my skin gets a mini workout before I start the day.

The sculptor feels premium and relaxing but I haven’t seen visible results yet. Maybe I need to stick with it longer. Still, it’s gentle and doesn’t irritate my skin, so I’ll keep going.

Only regret is not buying it sooner. It’s become such an easy ritual and leaves zero residue. Packaging was neat, delivery quick; can’t complain.

After using the product for less than 2 months, the EMS function only works sporadically. Customer service informed me that the warranty is only for 30 days and could not address the issue. Is it worth $1/day? (Paid $60). Nope.

These guys are crooks. My mom ordered a LED mask for me for Christmas and I didn’t need it. They were very responsive at first in “processing” her return. Then when I actually went to the post office to return it, it says it got delivered (on Jan. 21) to the address they told me to send it to, but we have still not received a communicative email that it’s in the process of a refund, NOR has she received her refund. DO NOT ORDER AND FROM THEM!!! They do not deserve to remain open!!! TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!!

Please don’t buy it doesn’t charge.

Love the sculptor overall, though a little travel pouch would’ve been nice. Still, the warmth helps my skin look fresh and hydrated every time. Definitely better than the cheaper tools I’ve tried before.

The warmth instantly relaxes my skin, then the serum cools and hydrates it right after; that contrast is heavenly. It honestly feels like I just stepped out of a spa. I do it every other evening now.

This has been a horrible experience. Not only did it take a month to receive my hair device, the serum I paid for was not delivered and customer support is not responding to any of my emails. What they are doing to paying customers is absolutely illegal, I'm not the first scammed from this company, but I hope I'm the last. I will be escalating to different avenues. They no longer have a working website- total scam.

I bought this product because of all the exaggerated publicity on my Facebook feed. When I received it, it was working fine. I can’t say it didn’t work for me because I haven’t used it often since I have a very busy schedule but I used it few times on weekends. So on this particular day, December 27, I tried to use it but didn’t vibrate on my face touching the skin as it is supposed to so I thought it needed to be charged. I plugged it to charge. Then I tried to use it again. The lights changes and it looks like it is fully charged but it doesn’t work.

If I could give less than a star I would, the red LED light stopped working first week in. Very finicky and didn't work.

I received this as a present and didn’t open the package for a few months. I recently opened and used it twice before I had problems charging the device. It won’t hold a charge for more than a few seconds. So disappointed after reading the reviews. I’m not even going to waste my time seeking a replacement.

Had to drop a review for the Luminesce serum because it’s genuinely that good. Smells light and fresh, absorbs fast, and leaves my skin looking naturally glowy. Doesn’t make me oily either. It’s become a staple in my routine now.
