Mobile Site Randomly Logs Out
Playing on my phone, I’d suddenly get kicked to the login screen in the middle of a spin. Sometimes it remembered the spin outcome, sometimes it didn’t, which is even worse. Having to log back in all the time just kills any flow or enjoyment.

Their “live chat” is just a bot at first that misunderstands everything. Have to jump through hoops to finally get a human. By then you’ve already wasted time and patience.

Design hurts my eyes
Colors are way too bright and cluttered, with flashing banners everywhere. After 20 minutes I had a headache trying to focus on the reels. Other casinos manage to be colorful without being a visual mess, this one doesn’t.

No proper filtering
You can’t filter games by volatility or features, only generic categories. I like sticky wild slots and have to guess which ones are like that. Feels lazy from their side.

Hard to explain but the whole place just feels lifeless. Sound effects are generic, lobby looks cheap, and even winning a small amount doesn’t feel exciting here. There are way more fun casinos out there.
