I ordered the Lung Sub-Mask and a Lung T-500 bundle in January and wanted to leave this review after a few uses.

It shipped within a day, arrived in around 5 days and tracking updates were clear the whole time.

I’d seen mixed reviews about shipping delays so I emailed their support just to confirm dispatch. They responded the same day with proof which reassured me everything was on schedule.

The mask quality is excellent. No fogging after applying anti-fog and a perfect seal.

I tested that the tank holds pressure properly multiple times before getting in the water. No leaks or regulator issues and everything worked perfectly.

I think some of the people who have reviewed haven't actually ordered from the real website by the look of it. Either that or people forget these are precision items that need correct assembly. If you follow the guide it’s straightforward.

Overall, great product and good communication from the company.

I’ve used the Lung Tank a few times now and it’s been fantastic. The mask fits well and the tank is easy to fill.

I’m very impressed. The materials are high quality and it performs as advertised.

A bit of a learning curve at first but once you get the hang of it its a great bit of kit.

This is the best gear I’ve purchased in years. The lung tank is reliable and the fact that you can self-refill it is a game changer.

Don't. Firstly shipping was a joke. But my main concern was the faulty leaking regulator. Wouldn't hold air . Massive safety issue. Now been blocked from leaving any comments on their fb site, which was getting plastered with there adds. Only communicate when it suits. Taking this further.

The Lung Tank has been a great purchase. It’s fun, easy to use, and perfect for our family lake trips. Definitely recommend!

This thing is amazing. Took it out on my last trip and it worked perfectly. Highly recommend if you're into snorkeling.

Ordered one of the Lung single mask in early December and I'm still waiting for delivery. I appreciate issues occur but I', struggling to get hold of anyone to give me any ideas as to when the item will ship!

My lung tank never arrived I got it for my husband for Christmas but it has not arrived I keep getting generic responses from them saying it might be lost we don’t know for 10 days that was 45 days ago I asked for a refund twice and now I’m not getting any responses SCAM

Firstly ordered my order expecting it to be sent out like any other order you do online i even got the shipping notification and thought thats really fast shipping but shortly after this i noticed that the tracking never actually updated.

I reached out to support only to find out they don’t even have stock of the product and just purely lie straight to you i got told that the tracking would update shortly never did and then i emailed them again only to find out they don’t have any stock.

Don’t buy this product after reading a bunch of negative reviews its all smoke and mirrors for this company and is a massive let down.

this product is a scam. they market the hand pump but it is impossible to pump manually. also, you cant just buy any air compressor you have to get a scuba one. their tactics are unlawful and dishonest. please avoid!!

Lung tank is not a serious company. The sell the mask at approx 100€ with a picture/foto showing the tank included. And finally, I’ve received only the mask without the tank. Now, in order to use the mask , I am forced to buy the tank adding +100€ again. It was not clear and this company is abusing customers with no clear informations. I am very désappointed and do not recommend . Daniel

AVOID! They LIE to you about shipping, take too long on their end to actually dispatch your order. They just take your money and run!!!

I ordered my items on the 15th July. I didn't hear anything from them so 10 days after my order i reached out to them via email, they emailed me back saying my order "had been shipped" and that if I didn't get any further tracking updates in 5 days then I should get back in touch with them. This was a LIE, because the tracking at the time by Australia Post was showing that "full package not received" , so it couldn't have been "shipped". Needless to say i didn't hear anything further so i emailed them again, this time they told me my address label on the package had been damaged (but not the package itself) and that my address was no longer clear or visible, so they asked me to re-confirm my address, which i found very odd because they should already have my address from my order and had supposedly already "shipped" my order to my address......so why ask me what my address is??? At this point i asked them to instruct their shipping company to "return to sender" and issue me a refund. They ignored my request and instead of issuing a return to sender they contacted the shipping company and gave them my address. Eventually I received further tracking updates from Australia Post, which suggests Australia post didn't even receive my full package (it's apparently 2 boxes) until 4th August, 3 weeks after I placed the order. I reached back out to them again telling them i no longer wanted the items as they were taking too long and felt like i was being lied to all the time about where the items were, they then tell me they cannot refund me as the items have already been shipped and they don't take returns because of risk of contamination, which in my case there would have been zero risk of contamination because i hadn't received my order yet and that if they instructed the shipping company to return to sender when i asked it would have meant no customer would have even received the items in order to contaminate them. This fell on death ears. I wouldn't waste my time or money with them ever again. All they're interested in is taking your money and running with it with no real urgency in getting an order to you and lie about its progress.

It came in fast the people who said they got scammed they bought from the fake site so wacht out

Scammers, don’t order from here, they send you all the right emails and tracking information but the order never turns up and they just ignore you after you try and get your money back

Do not buy this product!!!!! The company advertises and markets that the mask with the tank can last up to 10 minutes. I have bought the mask with two tanks and the most that I can get out of. It was three minutes after contacting them several times to make adjustments watching several videos that they use for their Technical data. I still cannot get more than three minutes of air after much much frustration. I decided to return it and asked for a full refund. The company stopped answering my emails after they told me that it was just a decision and changed my mind when it was not a product that meant up to their advertisement

I ordered the product in Jan 25 but never received it, so I went back to them and they replied very quickly to say they would try again, still nothing. So they said they would credit me, 5-10 business working days to get my money back. Nothing received and no reply’s to emails, going to see if I can get my money back from my credit card.

"Be careful, the purchase could end up being expensive for you. They send and deliver to the wrong address and they do not take responsibility. "I paid over 500 dollars and never received the product, even though I proved to them that they delivered it to the wrong address."

I ordered one a long long time ago and until now I haven't received anything from them.. I also have proof from the bank that the money has been printed.. it's so annoying that they cheat you like that.
