The initial enquiry stage on social media was very prompt and informative. Once order placed the contact was slow and not as responsive.
The furniture purchased is beautiful! We had paid and discussed for an assembly on arrival of the dinning room chairs, table and side tables. This wasn’t communicated to the delivery team. Who wasn’t aware of this servise.
When I have bought high end furniture before the company has always been kind of enough to provide a build service and takeaway the packaging . This I feel is a nice touch! This didn’t happen with lush interiors even when asked to do so and pay extra for that. This took away from the furniture that had been delivered and the overall completed look as there was boxes left everywhere for such a large delivery. This was very disappointing.

Avoid at all costs! Absolutely terrible customer service from the courier, The manager and the girl likesy that answered the phone.
I ordered 4 bar stools 2 weeks ago and they were to be delivered on Sat then at 6pm on Friday evening the courier called to say they won’t fit in the van from England to Scotland then the manager said he would send the chairs with dpd and I would get on Tuesday, He said he would let me know once they were ordered and I don’t hear so I then called them today for the girl to say the ordered was cancelled and could not give an explanation to why.
I now have to wait up to 5 days for my money and find a reputable company.

As explained, the original delivery could not go ahead due to a vehicle capacity issue with the courier route to Scotland. We then attempted to arrange an alternative delivery method via DPD to get the stools to you as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, during this process the order was cancelled and refunded, which we appreciate was frustrating. However, throughout all communication our team remained professional and tried to assist in resolving the situation as quickly as possible.
We are sorry that on this occasion we were unable to meet your expectations and wish you all the best moving forward.

Coffee tables
We bought the Marzio coffee table and a couple of the Willow Black coffee tables. Delivery times/ process was without issue. The design and quality are superb. I have no doubt we’ll buy again soon.

Never again!!
We’ve ordered 2 bar stools and the only good thing that happened was the 1st chair delivered, and then everything good stops there…
They had the audacity to tell me on the email to look better in the box because there should be 2. yes, read that again!!!
And after they’ve realised I was right, they’ve apologised and gave the ok for the 2nd one to be delivered …
To be honest from the way they spoke with me on the phone and email, I wasn’t expecting anything good, I didn’t even believe when they’ve said they will send it, couldn’t even say thank you and will never say it…
I have received the 2nd chair today… already built up and DAMAGED ( is like they took a rejected product and gave it to me - here you go to shut up )!! scratches in different places , deep ones, the “leather” is scratched in one place…. All for a mistake I haven’t done and on the money I am working hard for….
But the thing is…in life you are going to receive what you give… Honesty and correctitude is hard to find nowadays…
And don’t you dare to blame DPD again!

To clarify, the second bar stool was originally dispatched, however it was returned to sender by DPD. Once we investigated this with the courier and confirmed the return, we arranged for another bar stool to be sent out to you.
